1080p with HDMI port out would be ideal. Now that would make sense. Talk about a bad ass portable system. There are other issues that come into play after that(disc space for 1080p video, etc.), but there are some possibilities.

The 360 has indeed squandered its 1 year head start. Salute to Sony for making a damn good console and making calculated adjustments while trying to satisfy gamers. Thanks for all the great REAL exclusive games.

Anything and everyone that has come into contact with a Kinect demo has complained or at LEAST mentioned the lag. Now 1 of 2 things has happened.
1. This review was tailored as such to accept the lag as a norm or "encouraged" to overlook it.
or
2. Microsoft has tuned Kinect in order to fix this discrepancy.

At the end of the day, Kinect will sell millions of units, regardless of how it performs - good or bad. I also believe that MANY will be SECRETLY disappointed in the device, and probably more so with the software. But the defenders of the religion that is Microsoft will never share those true feelings with anyone, even mommy if she asks how is the new toy playing along that she bought em'.

The average consumer is an idiot. Smart people only show up early and snag the real deals selectively, shop for only those items and are at the checkout counter in no more than 5 minutes.
I can't believe they listened(maybe?)! Some of us GAP members were discussing something like this back in Sep 2009. Trying to come up with a feasible reward system for loyal gamers. Something beyond stinking random Beta access, etc. FINALLY a decent reason to be a GAP member. Finally, a gamer loyalty that has payback? We'll see.
Now I don't have to watch Travis Touchdown in all its grainy and bad graphics glory like the Wii version. I like NMH, but the Wii's graphics STINK... glad its coming to the PS3.
I rarely used them. I preferred the SAWs, etc. myself - it was my favorite loadout. It was the reason I didn't use sniping rifles, I could snipe headshots across the map with a small burst tap from a SAW.
If they removed Noob Tubes, you'd lose at least 30 percent of all players. It is the preferred weapon of the least skilled. The "equalizer" if you will.
The shooter community won't allow such. They tried to make Killzone2 resemble more of a "real gun" handling. You think this is bad? There was an armada of whiners asking for a COD style of control. Put the FarEye Sniper rifle from Resistance in this game, lol. Slow down and shoot.
7.5 to an 8.0 - I'm a light Star Wars fan, but I couldn't help but feel like "been there done that" while playing this game. Yes the upgrades are nice, etc., but it is probably a better rental than it is a purchase.
