The only way - hell no, I still can't see myself waiting outside for KINECT. It just ain't gonna happen, especially with hidden reviews. But I think Parapraxis described them with laser accuracy, these are "Man-Childs". They are OLD... OLD do ya hear me? I mean, you could go ahead and buy it. Then you have the option to sell it on Ebay or craigslist(be careful, don't get jacked)if reviews don't shake out, or some reputable friends tell you it sucks, or let you try theirs out. In the meantime, you'll have the security of having one for your daughter if needed, but with the option to sell if it sucks.
That is the safer way to go if you already allocated the cash for it.

At what point did gamers allow Microsoft to hijack the value of gaming? Less features for the same cost. Accessories that are marked up 200-300%. Paying for your minutes to access online features in games you pay full price for, just like the "unscratchable" Bluray counterparts on PS3, which are played for free online. Haven't you had enough?

Fable 3 is right next door and it ain't doing too brilliantly either. But I can't lie, this game was never on my radar. And to be honest, if it would've reviewed well, I woulda rented it first. ANYONE who believes that XBL has $60 worth more features than PSN is delusional and a cancer to gaming. You perpetuate constant rip-offs that Microsoft imposes on its user base. But Ninja Theory is getting what they deserve for being hard headed. They should've focused on Heavenly Sword 2 despite fears. Much has changed since they released part 1. Much of the PS3 media hate has dwindled. It is still there, but not nearly as much as before when HS1 came out. If that same game came out today with extra polish and a few more hours tacked on to it... it would be a different world for them right now.

But humans are too dumb to keep up with Kinect's blazing speed, and humans operate on a 6 second lag, but Kinect improves our lives by reducing it to 3.
