That if this game was bundled with Kinect... Big Pappy and the like would be defending it to their deaths. Guys like these can't stand the idea that they have been "had" when it comes to Kinect and it has little to no ability above the PSEYE, and that the EYE has a better camera despite the fact it came out YEARS ago. Just accept that Microsoft charges you more for less tech, they always have.
Also it is a shame that Kinect games are $10 more than Move games...

@Pootangpie, Turn 10 has been working on this game for many years, under the guise of all their other lesser Forza titles.
Sony has been the most successful in combating pirates this gen. Since the PS2 and PSP software sales were publicly raped, the PS3's security design has been stellar in comparison. The 360 and Wii have been pirated like they are novices in security. Even with lower hardware numbers, the PS3 has high software attachment rates.
The jailbreak dongles are not worth the money + headache, especially since they are not promised to work past yesterday. Also, the debut pricing...
Get over it. The sales will continue in a steady stream for YEARS to come. Sales will continue through update after update, DLC and all. The game will eventually go into the PS3 Greatest Hits red box, it will continue to sell. If people are dead set on hoping this game doesn't sell, sabotage sell numbers with false info, etc. You are in for a sad day of reckoning and you better pack more lunches than Bin Laden, because you're gonna be bunkered down for a while. On this presentation. You guys wonder why 360 fans are the most hated gamers of this gen. This type of dishonest smearing simply because the game is not on "YOUR" console is shameful. Of course some of you don't do it personally, but you swear allegiance to it and worship it as fact.

Outsold Forza's lifetime sales in a week, just saying. I compare racers to racers in general. GT5 is the only racer I've bought since motorstorm. I enjoy it, and that is enough for me. GT5 should have great lifetime sales, America =/= the World, and happy racing.
Look at Black Ops, it is probably the LEAST quality/complete of all the games in the top 4. Just confirms that high sales does not translate to a game's quality, and that gamers are Bobby Kotick'...

Marketing dollars are spent when the ad launches? All that money spent on Oprah and Ellen, Burger King, Pepsi, Doritos, cereal boxes, and TV ads... you bet your azz that $500 million has already been allocated for. That type of advertising campaign money is "usually" spent months well in advance before you even see one pepsi soda bottle with a chance to win a free Kinect.

Great sales for Microsoft (if true), but could be a bad forecast for core gamers. We could speculate that Kinect based products seems to be driving their sales right now.
This may GREATLY shift Microsoft's priority to casuals and Kinect friendly games and leave the core gamers behind. Now I don't doubt there won't be Kinect titles that all will love, but I'm not willing to bet on any 360 exclusive IPs with the weight of Halo or Gears in the 360's future...
That any extra power would be through unlocking hidden extras already built in. Hard to imagine any significant power being gained from using USB 2.0 ports. I am not aware of any additional connectors that would allow a daughterboard to be attached. As flexible as the Cell is, the application of this tech would be interesting if possible. In my imagination, It would have to bridge through the internal SATA Port as a passthru And wing out your Hdd, there is no other high speed input I know...
That I'm playing such an amazing racing game right now. This is the only racer I bought this gen besides Motorstorm.

I will say this: I don't own a 240hz set yet (plan to in the near future). But there is a big difference in the way your eyes translate the motion due to the refresh rate differences. I try to think of it similar to a camera shutter speed... the faster the refresh rate the smoother the motion in visual translation. I h...
