Xbox lost exclusivity to its LAUNCH titles. Which consists of timed exclusives from Third Party studios.
Microsoft does not own the rights to any of those IPs so the devs have every right to put their games wherever they want to.

I will be buying it this fall.. while I'll have a PS4 for my birthday so I can play exclusives titles, most of my gaming will be done on X1

It sounds like they rushed it to the market considering how barren things are for the PS4 on the exclusive front.

So, what you're saying is, the PS4 has unlimited resources, yet it couldn't run some cross-gens games at 1080P. Battlefield 4, Watch_Dogs.

Comparisons are made in the games industry all the time, both meaningful and meaningless ones.
4A did do a better Job with this remaster, they put in a lot of effort within a comparable time frame as naughty Dog did on TLOU (one game). They deserve all the credit.
