I'd understand if it's a brand new handheld.. It's still a 3DS, just a little faster.
I can't play Xenoblade on my 3DS. . I 'll have to buy another one. There could be more games down the line that can't be played on a regular 3DS.

Well.. The only platform where I'd feel comfortable going all digital is a PC. There would always be a workaround to retrieve my games. The same cannot be said about console though.
The platform holders and publishers don't even encourage one to go digital, with those ridiculous prices.
There are more pros of physical medium than digital. The two should always be available.
