Crysis 1 did the best due to its graphical prowess combined with open-world gameplay and a decent story. However, most games can do that now. People want The Last Guardian because the games produced by the team are wholly original and have not failed to disappoint to the masses (unlike Crytek).
Unless society is based on a Left Libertarian egalitarianism, you can't have rights to something you don't own.
Off-topic @genuine
What does it mean to have a *physical* right? Are rights physical?
Crazy Taxi, All Tekkens, All Street Fighters, Soul Edge, Rampage, Ehrgeiz.
From my understanding it was confirmed as a timed-exclusive a few months ago. Bet it'll be fun.

I'm confused, isn't the game's sense of achievement met through the game's difficulty? If not, then what is the achievement? If it is, then if the achievement is higher, so is the difficulty...
It's a beautiful concept video, but I'm skeptical in regards to it's entertainment aspects, especially those in the field of gaming.
For instance,
-Do I need to walk everywhere to interact with a game?
-Will this come with some sort of treadmill to move through worlds?
-If it's AR and not VR, how will a game even work with it unless it's only a "creating", "top-down strategy" or "point and click" game? ...
@AndrewLB
Probably because what you're mentioning has nothing to do with this article and is a "tu quoque".
Let's be honest, no one wants to copy Fable.
@lifeisgamesok
I'd enjoy playing Phantom Dust and Quantum Break, but I'd hardly consider the XBO to have a "line-up" that's anything comparable to what an earlier commenter has shown us:

T.H.U.G. 3; do it.
"Undelivered"
A game whose purpose is to play as a developer who under delivers games to an audience. That way, no matter what you put out, we'll know what to expect.
To be fair, the reason you probably don't know how or why a Wii U could be a primary console for real gamers is because you're probably not a real gamer.
Waiting to pick up an Xbox One, but I would love to play Quantum Break and Phantom Dust. Remedy is one of my favorite developers (Alan Wake was a favorite of mine last generation), and Phantom Dust on the original Xbox was an ingenious title made.
Whether the extra SKU priced at $400 was or was not a price drop depends on whether or not the extra SKU was an intentional release from the get-go. If it was not their intention to release a kinect-less Xbox ONE from the beginning (which logically seems to be the case since Kinect 2 was so heavily marketed in the beginning), then technically releasing another model at a lower price was done to make up for a lack of sales, in which case, this is a price drop of sorts.
As for...
Unless we hear about a firing spree, this is clearly indicative of the company's success. It could be very possible that they'll become a company like ND & GG to help other first party studios with their development kits.
Good on them. I held off from the game knowing it would receive some great updates. Time to pick up my copy.
(Also, the price on Amazon simply cannot be beat. $35 is a steal for this.)

@WeirdShroom
That's not dropping the price, that's simply removing a bundle from the market. The PS4, however, was *always* planning to launch at $399.99. Also, the camera in itself is priced at $59.99, which is not $100. Microsoft initially had no intention of releasing a separate Xbox One, therefore releasing the system at $499.99 and then re-releasing it at $399.99 because it wasn't selling to their expectations.
In regards to PS4 bundles, sure...
@Death
I would call that an achievement. However, such a thing was met due to a heavy attempt at attaining it (Sony, on the other hand, has done virtually nothing to be in the position they're in). Microsoft isn't particularly in a position to continue dropping the price, releasing bundles and offering heavily discounted deals through specific retailers. At least, not if they want this generation to be lucrative for both themselves and shareholders.

So far, having a Wii U and PS4 has been one of the greatest combinations of gaming consoles that I've ever owned. They've provided nearly everything I want outside of PC titles (and I have one for those, too).
Unless Microsoft plans to drop the price every month, it's most likely not going to happen. If you think about it, Sony actually hasn't done a single thing to create this gap outside of saying, "Here's a PS4. Here's the games you'll get with it. Here's the free games you'll get with PS+. Enjoy!"
In actuality, from simply judging that the PS4 has had no price drops, and hardly any deals or bundles, it's looking bleak for the Xbox, espe...
Which means its impact was far greater than Crytek's titles since people still talk about it.
