Right now yea your right there isnt much besides Geow and multi's but i typically buy 5-7 games a year on each system and i could care less on exclusivity, if they are so be it. I mean each year i buy Madden/COD on the 360 right off the top. So that right there is alot of hours logged there. I plan on my most gaming this year to be on PS3 with LBP2.

Just for the sake of argument. M$ doesnt have the "exclusives" $ony has but they still have enough plus multi's to keep the core happy. Atleast enough to halt "anyone jumping ship". Someone explain how hes going to jail. Last i heard there was no charges brought against him just a lawsuit. A lawsuit does not equal charges of a crime. I agree with Panda. I think people are looking at this wrong. The hackers arent doing this out of fear but the complete opposite. $ony specifically asked to have them cease and desist through the lawsuit. So the hackers then basically said you cant do a damn thing about it and released it. Now $ony has to sue the whole internet.
Exactly its over. From my understanding $ony has their hands tied. Now that the codes out there the piracy train has started already and once that train leaves the station it doesnt come back. The way i have read it too is that $ony wont even be able to tell who is running cfw.
I understand that. I was just under the impression its fine to hack/modify a console as long as you dont play online? Basically because you bought that PS3. Thus if you play offline your not breaking any TOS, right?
I dont see how legally $ony can "brick" your PS3. Punt you from online sure. I see people saying that $ony can brick your machine and $ony is within there authority to do so.
