It is a waste of time trying to understand those who wield hate. Their minds will never change. It is more a testament to the type of people they are and less about the object of their ire. It is pretty obvious who these people are. Best solution is to ignore them. They have no voice unless you grant them one.

In general that is not what was being said when the PS4 first came out during all the resolution-gate articles. Oh how times change. For the record I agree and was saying that at the beginning of this generation.
Acer hasn't even released it's predecessor (XB272-HDR) which was shown at the CES in January. They estimate that monitor to run around $2000 which places this monitor somewhere around at least that.

I find it amusing that many of the people putting down Xbox One for not having exclusives are the same people that claim they would drop dead before buying anything from Xbox marketplace. I guess that just makes the word "exclusive" a convenient arguing point. So what is the next excuse going to be if MS alters their policy and shows exclusive games at E3?

You should thank them....if not for Microsoft then Sony would still be bumbling around with whatever iteration of Cell processor. That's the nice thing about competition.
....and while your at it thank Nintendo also since they were the ones that hired Sony to make a disc based system for them.....which eventually turned into the PSX.

Funny how there was no talk about games in the beginning. It was all about hardware superiority and resolution. Now that the advantages are about to shift it's all about games.
