Joker IS dead, but it's comics. He's quite likely to come back in some form. Can't get over the fact that scarecrow looks a lot different here. A lot like a joker-shaped corpse.
Seriously, it's kind of weird, and worth thinking about. The Scarecrow character is really stylistic, and has been throughout the Arkham series. This character looks really different, and the only reason it's identifiable as Scarecrow is the filters. Calling it now, emaciated Titan joker taking the role of Scarecrow.
Happened in Origins, after all.

When you buy hardware from a company, they should not be able to destroy said hardware if they don't like what you are doing with it. Or are you unaware that there are lots of people that use 'homebrew' for their own programming projects, and not piracy?
