Idiot much? Frontlines has Dedicated servers.... they're just as possible on Xbox as they are on Ps3, both consoles leave it up to the devs to provide them however. As for comparing the services... atm it's really no comparison XBL is better then PSN anyone who says otherwise ATM is just a Fanboy. Until Home comes out XBL is superior.... and even after Home comes out it might still be superior depending on how good home is.

No they don't theres no Royalties fee on Hardware for video formats, now if say you bought a Next gen xbox w/ Blu-ray or a Blu-ray Addon this gen if it comes out and then you bought MOVIES then you'd be giving Sony a portion of that money.

They were the main designers of it, however that still doesn't make them the main owners of it, the BDA is who gets royalties from Blu-ray not Sony on it's own..... just like Toshiba wasn't the only one to get royalties from HD-DVD, they have partners that have just as much to do with the success of the Format as Sony did. Even if they could however it doesn't matter you don't need permission to make Blu-ray HARDWARE, anyone can and sell it for whatever price they want, Blu-ray ROYALTIES only come into play with Software sales(movies). It uses both actually(Mpeg is for DVD playback), and there's a 3rd one they can use as well iirc. Even still though that still represents a large part of the blu-ray user base...... and also you don't pay royalities at all on Blu-ray hardware, anyone can make it and not have to pay anything. Movies are were royalities come into play for Movie formats.

That's because the Supply issues were more in January.... it's now MID MARCH. Every Bestbuy/Circuit City/Gamestop in town where I live was sold out for weeks at a time in Jan.
That report is still only showing SHIPPED numbers, the only way possible for Sony to actually meet those numbers is if they sold more Ps3s in Europe then Wiis were sold by like 3-1 in the last couple months of 07. Infact I can guaruntee you those numbers are wrong purely because it is a FACT that the 360 numbers are 1)Shipped, and 2)The 360 overshipped in 06 by a couple million so they didn't need to ship as much in 07 they actually sold more in 07 then they shipped.
Can you show anything on the actual numbers besides The "Company" released numbers? Those numbers are shipped, or sold to retailers not customers. The actual Sales numbers from NPD and the Jpn Sales chart show the 360 winning, Euro sales are near impossible to actually track but the only way the Ps3 sold as much as sony was claiming is if the Ps3 outsold the Wii in Europe by a large margin which we know isn't true.
The 360 actually won overall in 07, by 200,000 units. Ps3 however DID win Dec, Jan, and most likely February.... that's 3 months since the Ps3 came out... The Ps3 is STILL 7 Million+ units behind the 360, and next gen can start as early as 2010, that leaves 2-3 years for it to catch up. Do you really think it's going to win by anywhere near 2 million units a year in order to catch up by the time next gen starts? Then factor in that the 360 has been making a profit for awhile, meanwhile the Ps...
Which "Proven" sellers? MGS4 is it, R1 will lose to Gears, KZ1 was terrible and GT5P is only a demo. Besides that what else do you have? Oh yea... nothing. Gears, Fable, Banjo Kazooie are all guaranteed million + sellers.

Sorry your only R* exclusives are LA noire and Red Dead revolver 2, games no-one gives a sh!t about. Not to mention they aren't under contract for those games exclusivity meaning in a couple of weeks when EA buys them out completely you lose them anyways.
