the flaw with this article is that hes assuming the retailers are selling the systems at there cost.
When in reality the system is sold by Sony at a cheaper price to the retailers.
I believe its somewhere in the 20% for consoles. Which means companies are buying them at a $160 discount in North America (Assuming my numbers are correct the whole sale cost may actually be higher)

an online pissing contest. However I love playing games. SO I have a fairly high gamer score (upwards to 15k) I also use it as a checklist to see if I have done everything that there is to be done in the game.
Personally I do not like the achievements for online matches in COD3 its time consuming but Im enjoying it.

If you count the PS3 and laptops that play blu-ray
you need to count the 360 add on as well as other computers that play HD-dvd.
To which right now the stand alone players of HD is beating out Stand alone players of Blu-ray
