@XBLSkull
Yes! So much truth. ME1 was challenging at higher difficulties and the system of abilities was so much better. I hope they go back to those roots and not continue down the path of ME2 & 3.
The first shooter since "Bad Company 2" to make me want it so bad! "Catgirl" DLC please, along with medkits that are ramen!
I could see the timed exclusive happening, hopefully not, but it all comes down to money instead of fan appreciation.
I, myself, don't own a console anymore, but I think that a company should continue to deliver to all of their fans instead of favoring the console that will give you the most money, because the fans are the ones who will be buying your game and will continue to purchase from you and recommend you to friends, family, and such.
As a side note, ...
As others have said, not the first time in history (Not even Dragon Age history), but still, it is nice to see that they are not being discriminate still when it comes to sexual preference.
***Minor Spoiler!***
Sera is only romanceable by female heroes. As Dorian is only with males. So they are the first in DA history to not swing either way.
With us exploring Ferelden, Orlaise, and maybe more, I HOPE it is teeming with exploration! And if modders are able to figure out the engine (or a tool kit is in store) I can foresee if lasting quite awhile per play through.
But...but...Fenris! He was the only saving grace for me. Hope to see him (recruit him, and develop man crush for him again) in Inquisition.
Both sides of this are going about it the wrong way. This guy especially with the way he talked about women.
This "GamerGate" was to raise the points of how gaming journalism is corrupted. The sexism part was NEVER to be part of this, until the journalist sites deflected it onto how we gamers only raised this because Zoe Quinn is a woman. This was never meant to be a sexism war.
How better to deflect the journalists mistakes than to make the arguin...
The funny thing is, if we just skinned the people as aliens, or anything non-human, it would get an "A O.K." from everyone.
Not too long ago they had a gameplay video where it went into strategy mode (topdown/isometric view), and you could direct everyone like an rts. Hopefully they don't do only action like DA2.
I know, right? I liked his first outfit, but I love his outfits from KH2,especially his Final Form.
Well said. XIII never tickled my fancy with it's gameplay, but it's story was great.
It's similar to how I love FFXII, but my friends despise it, and how they love FFVII, but I despise it.
I wouldn't exactly say that people have lost interest in the FF series, but I would say that FF-13 has lost many people's interest.
Plenty of people are excited for the FFX & FFX-2 HD coming out. Hell, even FFXIV:ARR has many people playing it (even more than expected).
Edit: Though, I may be a bit biased. I love me some Final Fantasy.
I know people love their FF7, but I would MUCH (cannot express MUCH enough) rather they remake I-VI, IX, and XII.
*Side note- I would love some new Tactics, or a continuation of the Ogre series.
"Not to mention this is a company that CONSTANTLY uses sex to sell its games"
Yes, I know! I mean, those pixels in "War of the Lions" start my engine. Then, I have to take my DS to the bathroom for some "Final Fantasy III". And finally, mmm, that Sora makes me want to turn, and I would just LOVE to get stuck in Pooh's honey pot, if you know what I mean. /s
Square Enix has made mistakes (FFXIII is a myth to me. Imo, good story...
Maybe Flemeth decided she wanted yet another daughter?
Well, it definitely isn't FFXI. You don't HAVE to have a group to get anywhere past level 15, and it has a duty finder to find dungeon groups for you.
It is more like an action MMORPG. The skills don't have that much of a cooldown(80% of them are ready to be used after you are finished with the one you are casting). You have to dodge AoE's that appear as marked on the ground, or take massive damage or a debuff.
The only thing you may want to commit to ...
Actually, I just finished the game. XD You can find it on Kongregate.
<_< I would have watched the FF-XIII story, but the gameplay was atrocious. In no way is "auto-battle, auto-battle, pardagrim shift, rinse and repeat" fun. I then, to my own stupidity, or hope (ha ha...Hope), borrowed my friend's copy of FF-XIII-2 and put it down in 10mins. Still pretty to look at, but this time it didn't boast a good story and it still had the awful gameplay. FF-XIII, in my opinion, is the mistake child of the entire series. Though, the only good thin...
@BuLLDoG909
I can only agree and bubble you up once, but I would sit here all day and do it if I could.
@Imalwaysright
I hated the gameplay of FF13 so, so much, but if they just had a movie of the game, I would watch it. Good story, but I would rather someone shoot me in the face than play it again.
"Where there is a will...". If we don't get a release here in the west (no idea why, the original was praised highly and I just replayed it at a friend's house forcing all the juicy goodness down his throat) I believe there will be ways around it. DBZ online, Blade and Soul, Black Desert (one is in the works), and Phantasy Start Online 2 players have all found ways to play.
The only major problem would be if thy require the Pin number thing. Even then, othe...
