accessing downloaded titles and apps through users on the same console is not going away. pretty much the only thing that requires payment is to play online.

people are not reading the actual article and assuming this means that you can have gamestop put your xbox360 game (like gears 2) into a magical machine that converts it into an xboxone disk.
what it actually says is that you can take games that are coming out around the xboxone launch window, in the next/last gen gap.
notice the games they list. they are all games that are coming out on last and next gen systems.

the point is that the xboxone has none of the advantages the xbox360 had in its initial launch. and the ps4 has none of the disadvantages the PS3 had. its not rocket science.

not a chance in hell. even with an 8 million unit head start and the PS3 having a horrible launch (and a rough first 2 years), the xbox360 still couldnt manage to outsell the PS3 this gen.
how exactly is it going to outsell the PS4, which has more hype and momentum behind it than the PS3 had and doesnt seem to have any of the issues regarding launch games, online and third party support?
