Here it comes, a huge flame war. I can tell, the title will attract fanboys like a bug zapper. I'm gonna stay out of this one, for fear of getting shocked, but dont worry, I'll check in every once in a while for a laugh.
You know that rumor early in the year that Microsoft was going to release Halo3 a few days before the launch of the ps3? Mabye that rumor wasn't so false after all, sine M$ is using the same strategy, but with a different game.

I don't know about the Forman grill, but I love the concave shape of the 360. It looks...cool to me. That along with a faceplate and I'm proud to show it off next to my HDTV.
To me there are two choices one has, to believe in God or not to believe in God, the latter appealing to me more. However, not believing could send me to a fiery pit for the rest of my life(death?), while believing offers no downside so great as eternal damnation. Therefore I will believe in God, so as to cut my losses in any case. :)

So what if they like the xbox 360 over the ps3? He is allowed his opinions, and if you dont agree tell him why and start an intelligent discussion, instead of bashing him and other x360 supporters and calling him a "XBOX FANBOY LOSER!!!"

I dont think that the hard drive will have any effect on when you first boot up your system and load the game. How much faster is the ps3 drive? How about a link?

I've heard that the first blu-ray player thakes something like 40 seconds to load a disk. Is this true? If so, how will this effect ps3 games in terms of loading times?
The wii will rape the ps3 in japan, that much is obvious just look at PSP vs DS sales there, no comparison. I dont think Sony has any markets they can win, with the wii in japan and the x360 covering the US. Mabye Europe? I doubt China, they're economy's booming but the average family still makes only $6000 a year, i dont think many can afford it. Still, if only 0.1% of chinese people buy 1 thats still 1 million sales...
Nintendo and sony will bring their big guns to TGS, but Microsoft will probably wait for X06.

I wonder how the two versions (x360, ps3) will compare in a side-by-side comparison. Not, graphics, those should be about the same, but I wonder what kind of difference this will make? I don't know but without rumble the controller just feels..dead to me. Especially in a FPS. Any other opinions?
So far I'm liking the 360 in this war. Don't get me wrong, i love my PS2, but I think microsoft has the upper edge this round. Both systems I think are about even in graphics, but the PS3 costs more and has a useless (my opinion) blue-ray player, while the 360 has live and more games that I like, in better quantity.
