MH Tri is gimped. Low number of monsters and it's missing a weapon types. I really like it, but MH Portable 3rd is the better game. Just hope it comes to NA
I'm interested in this game, but I doubt that it will come out in NA
I liked ME2, but both Fallout games were horrible bug riddled pieces of garbage. There were some cool things in them, but overall they were very poor games. ME2 is my favorite WRPG this gen, but it isn't my favorite RPG this gen.
As for JRPGs... Both Demon's Souls and Valkyria Chronicles are great. Monster Hunter Tri is also good, but might be a little too much action game rather than RPG. I think Valkyria Chronicles is easily the best RPG (western or japanese) this g...
I have to disagree. While VC2 is still a good game when it comes to gameplay, it is not even close to the original when it comes to the characters and the story. It went from a more mature themed game to an anime school sim that takes place in the VC universe. I still like VC2, but was disappointed with it as well. This didn't really have anything to do with it being on the PSP. Although, personally I would have preferred to see the series stay on the PS3. Anyway, I REALLY hope we get the...
AT&T is actually the only good carrier where I live. I think it sucks on the west coast, where most of the gaming press is from (which is why you got that reaction). So for me, if it was on another carrier I would be more upset
Reminded me of Lost Planet... TPS (check), Monster with orange/red glowing weak points (check), and a mech (check). Oh wait, at least the Lost Planet series has good art direction.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but most of the crowd that is clapping are plants. Usually selected fans get to attend. They are usually the ones (or people that worked on the project being shown) that make the most noise.
Don't care how big it is, because I have pretty much no faith in Bethesda. Both of the new Fallout games were so freaking buggy. They were pretty much broken. Maybe now that they aren't using the Gamebryo engine their games won't be as broken, but I'm going to wait and see before buying into their hype.
Just finish Versus
Can't help but be somewhat soured by their offerings. Sure, if you don't have those games it is great. But if you already own them because you actually support Sony and their games, then is worthless. It's a great gesture, but there should be more options.
I think it is a great deal, except for those who already supported Sony and own most of or all of those games. I have all the PS3 games they are offering. So I do feel slighted by their offering, as it caters more towards people that don't buy games often. While us "loyal" customers get pretty much nothing.
It needs to come to NA. Then they need to make another one for the PS3.
I still haven't picked up those games as well. I also need to go back and beat Atelier Rorona. So many games, so little time.
Same here. I also want to play some more Killzone 3 and Brink. Hell, I haven't even tried Brink yet as it's primarily an online game.
Oh noes, not NYC! A milked franchise taking place in a played out city for games and movies. Lame
It isn't open. It will have areas that connect (vehicle parts) a bunch of smaller (combat parts & towns) corridor/arena based areas.
Do you know where to find a canteen in the game? I didn't get that pre-order code, but am playing on Hardcore and would love to find it.
So here is what I know about Kinect so far;
- they aren’t sending out units to reviewers so they can actually review it before release
- all their E3 videos were faked (2 years in row)
- it needs a large room
- has limitations (sitting, low number of players, can’t track fingers)
- needs optimal settings (lighting, colors, etc)
- they removed parts to make it cheaper
- games look like nothing different than other motion games
- h...
Small things are ok, but game breaking bugs are absolutely inexcusable. Fallout 3 and New Vegas aren’t excusable. They both freeze, have bad framerates, and have a tendency to corrupt their save files. All of these things make the game almost unplayable. It’s sad that reviewers gave both games a pass. A broken game should be reviewed as such. Otherwise we will keep getting poorly working games.
Monster Hunter already came out in Japan. Ultimate (called 3G HD Version in Japan) was released on the WiiU last year. Monster Hunter 4 (for the 3DS) was suppose to be coming out in Japan around the same time everyone else is getting Ultimate. So those WiiU sales have already come and gone.
