Wow some people really do not want to hear the truth.

Every MMO game does so called cloud compute.

@donthate

You do realize difference is PSNOW does 100 percent of the calculation.

Where as MS cloud only does portion. And yes. MS hasnt been the first one to try that. Every MMO does "cloud" compute you are talking about.

Nothing new about that. besides fancy new marketing.

Sadly this is common place.

MS was notorious for doing this as well.

"Or because there is nothing else to play?"

Seriously? and xbox fanboys also complain this site is ran by Sony fans.

Lol.

@Wallstreet

Exactly. Not to mention the fact that even MS said you wont see any of the improvements you see on PC on Xbox.

As MS engineer says it, DX12 is giving what console have to PC.

Oh wow. This is huge.

I would have imagined this would have been PSX announcement.

Past couple weeks of new games announcement is insane enough for PSX.

3802d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

Why is it huge for anyone who owns X360?

I mean you already have it....

I would imagine it would be huge for those who dont have X360.

"Fallout 4's stutters and hiccups only add to the trouble here, especially on Xbox One when switching weapons mid-fight. PS4 has its own struggles though, with effects-heavy battles taxing the hardware to a greater degree, despite holding a better frame-rate while traveling the world at large. And of course, our tests can't feasibly factor in the state of play with hundreds of hours on the clock - though we hope that lessons have been learned from Skyri...

It also is lowest metascore Halo to date.

Resolution:
PS4: Mostly 1080P.
X1: Rarely 900P and mostly drops closer to almost 720P amount of resolution.

Frame Rate:
PS4: "PS4 sticks close to 60fps"
Xbox One: "struggles to rise above the 35-45fps No Man's Land, eventually succumbing to a 28fps drop"

It certainly shows a trend of X1 lagging behind more. That is concerning given we are early in this generation

3808d ago 11 agree4 disagreeView comment

Lol. Seriously guys?

You are comparing 1 hour gameplay analysis from NX Gamer vs extensive one from DF?

Are we also saying DF is biased? I thought people said they were biased against Sony.

there is proof of 0 fps on Xbox One. Live with it.

@The_Infected

What makes you say that?

If X1 cannot manage ram resource properly and has to constantly pull resource from storage, it isnt an easy issue to fix.

Unless you want to shell out $$$ for SSD.

You are clearly just making up facts, so I wont waste my time too much.

But literally the first thing you said was a complete BS.

-PS4 GDDR5 is currently used to full capacity with zero problem. Thats why it is so good. Thats why they made a universal.

-MS ENGINEERS themselves said you can only get about 130-140 gbs on X1 in real life performance. THats because you have to balance between DDR3 between size of ...

I do not see what my credibility has anything to do with facts I've laid out. I call your "secret sauce" because they are "secret sauce" with MisterXMedia stamp on it.

It seems that you cannot dispute any of the facts I've laid out, so you resort to name calling.

I am sorry, but it will not change the power discrepancy of 18 CU to 12 CU. Oh also don't forget about the +1 background process or PS...

@thecommentor

Those MisterXMedia Secret sauce has been debunked long time ago.

1.Esram is not designed for tiling. It was designed to alleviate DDR3 bottleneck. It offers no advantage when used for tiling. It was a cheaper alternative to GDDR5.

2. PS4 does have 18 CUs and +1 background processor(it was supposed to be X1 secret sauce, but apparently PS4 has one).

3. Fall update does not give Esram 15% boost. It still is what i...

I cant tell if you really believe that or not.

1. LOL. the devs are NOT made of former Gears dev. Rod Furgerson transitioned. 95-99 percent of employees didnt work on previous Gears.

Also, even if it was, wasnt that the argument people made for Halo and 343?

2. 1080P to 900P difference exist on multiplats that does not push its hardware... On a game that pushes its hardware to maximum, you would see more than ...

Hardware gap difference will make it difficult for games like Uncharted to be ported.

I love the comments about QB's graphics though. Didnt people say the exact same thing about Halo 5? Until it was actually released?

Gears is no longer made by Epic studios. It really isnt a gears game. You may expect Gears Judgement quality.

3812d ago 2 agree6 disagreeView comment

IGN actually gave very similar score as Halo 5 for example.

Way they scored was not out of norm for this game.

Halo 5 has 85 Metascore and IGN gave 9
BO3 has 84 metascore and IGN gave 9.2

maybe it is a decent game?

3812d ago 4 agree5 disagreeView comment

This basically confirms that there is no secret sauce.

How many power unlock SDK and DX12 have we gone through?

"wait for Halo 5" and also see what happened.

3813d ago 60 agree30 disagreeView comment

DX12 was never the solution. Even MS said so for X1.

Gap was never going to close. If anything, it shows trend of widening...

It used to be just resolution difference. Now it lags behind in effects and performance too.
