I remember a time when I've seen the EA logo and knew it will be a quality game. Those days are long gone. Now when I see the EA logo I associate it with microtransactions, lootboxes, incomplete half-assed games and unlimited greed.
Betteshould have replaced that gaebage car game instead.
The reasom for this article is simple; to get rage clicks.
However, there are people out there who think that trophies and achievements should be erased and because they don't care for it, no one can enjoy them. They even go as far as call people not gamers for liking trophies and tell them that they are wasting their time for playing to unlock trophies.
As for me, I don't understand how trophies are different from completing a mission objective...

I used to own one back in the 90's. An NES. It was fun but once I got a PS I never looked back at a Nintendo ever again.

You can't be serious. Playstation has amazing first party games that many people love. I know, I know....none of it is Mario or Zelda so they are worthless to you. I mean you need the 9000th mario an 10000th zelda to call a console a console huh?😁
I'm even willing to pay $1000 given that the power inside the console warrants it. People cry over the price of a console that they will be playing on for the next 6-7 years but have no issue shelling out $1000 every year for the latest iPhone. I know, I know, the console can't be shown off on the street to strangers like the latest phone can so these strangers will not think how awesome we are for spending $1000 on an electronic item...😆
And that is why I will keep gaming on Playstation.
Anytime soon? Personally, I will never. If everyone was like me, streaming games will never be a thing, digital games would never have been a thing either. Microtransations would have never been a thing either because not a penny would have been spent on these. But not everyone is like me.....
That is a path I will not follow gaming down on. I will just play older games than on discs or other physical media. Once gaming is going full streaming, that is when I stop playing new games. I will not support streaming or digital only games at all. Physical games that I own will always be for me what I support.

My only dream is to have Tomb Raider 1-5 (the PS1 originals) remade just like Crash Bandicoot and Spyro was. A 1:1 remake basically. Tale nothing out, change nothing just give us the game with todays graphics.
I don't think this will ever happen but I'd love to see that. I'm even willing to pay $60/game. That's how badly I want Tomb Raider remade.

I beg to differ. If I own the disc, than whatever is on it is also in my posession and I can play it 20 years from now if I choose or sell it to whomever or wherever I want. I still have my PS1, PS2 and PS3 disks and I can play them whenever without connecting to the internet. It is absolutely not the same as having a downloaded game what so ever.
