Have to agree on RDR2. For me it became borring really fast. One day I might finish it but I feel no need to go back to it. God of War would be my GoTY from 2018. Spiderman I've yet to play so can't comment on that.

Also, I don't know why it is so popular to watch someone play a video game like that. I find zero entertainment value in it.

One would be that they open stores on top of each other. At one point, there was 4 GameStops in less than 10 minutes of walking distance from each other in my area.
