I think the style itself is a major part why no one is playing this. It might look interesting from an artistic point of view but it's not something I want to look at for more than a minute.

it makes me wonder, did he acrually create TM and GoW or stole those ideas? The first TM games and TM Black along with GoW are a league ahead of what Jaffe is doing ever since the PS3 has released. This is speculation and my opinion but I'm stsrting to think that Jaffe has no tallent and was lucky a few times to have a great team...

I'd love to see colorful mascots making a comback with 3D platforming. This is a good start and than we are getting Crash Bandicoot Trilogy which is surreal. Good times!
Looks pretty cool. I wish they remade TR2 and my personal favorite TR, TR3 for the PS4 just like many other PS1 games like RE and Oddworld got remade.

Well that is certainly a step in the right direction for MS. As I recall, their exclusive lineup went downhill on the 360 when they introduced the Kinekt and haven't quite bounce back just yet. Maybe this time they will focus on actual games rather than the Kinekt. It was kind of dead anyway.

That is not what I said. The PS4 Pro is the same machine as the PS4 just a bit more powerful. But it get's the same games and same everything. So that analogy is wrong. I think you are trying to argue that whichever system has the most power is king. I was supprised that these comparison websites just dissapeared when the current generation started. But it shouldn't have been a surprise, they always heavily favored Xbox and the only point of them was to show how much better the 360 was than the PS3. I remember these zoomed in pictures to show how jagged the PS3 games are compared to the 360 and somehow that always made the game better on the 360.
I see what you are saying and you are right to a certain extant but if say 100 people like one thing and 10 people like something else...than it's safe to assume that what the 100 people like is "king".
When it comes to movies, and if you look at movies of all time than you will need to adjust for inflation and that will show you that Avatar doesn't even crack the top ten. Obviously if you just look at it without inflation than yeah, Avatar would be number...
No one can deny that the Scorpio will be the most powerful console on the market. But does that make it king? Remember PS2 vs Xbox? Xbox was more powerful yet the PS2 was king. It comes down to much more than power. It comes down to exclusive games and a good pricepoint. If it priced decently, I might pick up one myself. I've been looking for a 4K blu-ray player anyway. (Not saying that this is all the Scorpio is capable of but this is a feature I miss from the PS4 Pro)
I can't wait for this. Looking at this game transports me back to my teens during the PS1 era when we got a lot of games like this one. Crash Bandicoot, Croc, Gex, Spyro, Tomba, Oddworld etc. Ahh good times.
