I sold my Vita and all games not long ago and gotten PS4 games instead. If the Vita is not dead, it is dying. You guys can deny that all you want but that system is on it's way out. I wish this wasn't the case but we have to face facts.

Yeah, you can check the weapon at the fraction "leader". Not a fan of those weapons. Though if the light level is high enough, it might worth it.

I think it does. They did not learn their lesson from SFV. They are holding back characters for DLC and selling a bare minimum for a full price. Just like they did with SFV. There are better fighting games out now like Tekken 7 and Injustice 2 or even MKX. Get one of those if you need to buy a fighting game.
