Er this is a full retail release? For some reason I thought this was going to be a PSN / XBLA title.
I personally dislike the idea of underwater cities and don't like the 50s atmosphere established in Bioshock so the game didn't really click with me despite being unique for the FPS genre = / I am really liking the idea of a an early 1900s American city in the clouds though!
I wouldn't compare someone who wants to modify a piece of equipment (s)he purchased to a person who took the life of or caused physical and or emotional harm to another. I'll openly admit I used homebrew on my PSP for things such as internet radio but I still purchased the games I played on it.
I never once said no one had the right to say what they were saying. I'm just disheartened they wish to dictate others' finances and monetary decisions. If I tithe five dollars to my local church or go out to eat is someone going to call me an idiot and say I should have donated that money towards the Japanese relief effort instead?
*walks into article expecting to see a zillion people complaining about how someone else chose to use their money*
*walks out unsurprised*
Its a very lofty goal but considering that Crysis 1 sold 3 million on PC it doesn't seem unrealistic considering its on 3 platforms now though it has a lot of FPS competition this year with other highly anticipated titles such as Portal 2, Deus EX, Brink, Duke Nukem etc.
Whatever it ends up selling in the long run I'd say the game deserves all the success it gets. I finished it already and the single player is lengthy, cinematic, non linear in its game play approach ...
All things considered The Boss was the exact opposite of a villain
Rofl I remember being a young teen before I had a PS2 or other system of that gen and reading all the promises for Fable such as an aging character with full details for each development of age and all kinds of crazy shat. I was convinced it was going to be the end all to all games then Fable finally came out and didn't have like 90% of what was said it would have xD
I wish my rig was strong enough to handle this on ultra = (
^ agreed. If anything I'd say the Crysis 2 demo certainly has great orchestra music
Treyarch should put their money where their mouth is. The consumer wants the best experience possible.
Hah, best sound effects to this video yet.
My Television is 20 years old and still works as well as the day I realized I first had it. Why should I have to purchase a new television? The thoughtful sweethearts over at Platinum Games included a standard definition mode with Vanquish so that us still in the Victorian age of television could read text properly :*(
I know, right? EA pushes Bioware to get this ***** out the door and now they are going to rape consumers with massive amounts of DLC? I'm waiting until the ultimate edition of this game is announced before I even consider purchasing it.
So you know Grasshopper's original vision for this game and exactly how it would have materialized and how it will now materialize down to the last detail because EA is publishing it?
Sure EA suggested they turn it into a third person shooter but stop being a tight wad and give the end results a chance. I'm personally looking forward to this game for what I perceive as quirkiness with a punch rock style.
So you want Geohot to be raped for modifying his personal property to do more than it was originally designed to? Should you be raped for modifying your sports car so that it can perform better too?
Not being a dick asking this question.
But does 360 have any serious offerings outside of Gears of War 3 this year?
This game looks hilarious. Flaming British skulls and the main character from Just Cause 2 storming straight into hell to rescue his girl friend? Bwhahahaha
And I mean that all in a good way.
If by "Super cheap" you mean $55 instead of $60 at Gamestop then.... lol
I'll lol if the main stream media does an inadvertent massive and free marketing campaign for DNF, with the intent of 'warning parents', like it did with Grand Theft Auto 3
