If you did read it, then you would know it's talking about photographers being unable to take shots of the 3DS screen without it being blurry in 3D mode. Meaning they'd only be able to take shots in 2D, which is a shame considering the main feature of the device is 3D.

EDIT:Developers have stated over and over that PS3 is different from traditional architecture of the PS2 or Xbox 360. That is why they struggle, otherwise they wouldn't required these "skills." The GT5 video is high in contrast due to it being record off a camera, it saturates the colors. You can obviously tell from the video with parts of the hud off-screen. And they compare it to a captured direct feed?
