Heres something for you all to chew on. Instead of picking games which look rather hardcore on paper judjing from some of the lists in this thread, put together lists of games that would appeal to the mass market as surely this is the audience the big 3 need to concentrate on.....The masses are still out there.

No-one does replays quite like GT! Anyone notice the trees were NOT 2D? Hopefully this is the same for all the tracks! Looking really good for the full version for sure! Another 8 months or so to hone the engine still further!!
You can get high settings without AA on a 12x10 for a very good 30+fps, using a GT or this GTS. Increase the rez and you hit trouble. I fully expect the new 9800 to be considerably quicker than the 8800 Ultra however. I`d be suprised if were not around double the performance.
I`d wait till Febuary when the Nvidia 9800 is expected to be unveiled.

Good comment. I think everyone is listening as they know an awful lot of people are waiting to strike them down at any opportunity! To be fair to them, i think they are well aware what the expectations are and i think they just might pull it off.
99% of screenshots released from most games are mostly BS (bullshots), usually sporting very high levels of AA. Im ok with this approach as you will still get the general idea of looks. Maybe the "next" gen consoles will support 16xAA or some form of super sampling techniques, just like PC`s can do given the right hardware.
No one company will "dominate".
