because I initially couldn't log into PSN with my fat 80 gig PS3, but after a few tries it got on and everything is as it was before.
After how many years of the RRoD viasco that affected millions of Xbox 360 consoles, these idiots now are trying to get some redemption to soothe their pathetic fanboy egos by bringing up some temporary problem with the PSN.
BTW yesterday I had placed a full down payment on the GOW III Ultimate Edition on BestBuy.com The Ultimate Edition is sold out on Amazon, Wal-mart.com, Costco.com, pretty much every other major retailer is out, but there are still copies left of the God of War III UE with Best Buy. Take em' now while you still can.
"you mean the optional install, something the PS3 can't do"
My god this guy just gets stupider as he goes along. You talk about the PS3 not doing an install like it's a bad thing, like if the 360's version requiring an install is somehow an advantage. Just week or so ago, before it was confirmed the PS3 version of FFXIII and God of War III were not going to require installs, idiots like you were talking about how every PS3 game requires an install and how pathetic it ...
Well that can be said for gaming in general, but who the hell cares? Swipe a few hundred dollars bills across the eyes of any woman and she won't care what you have or do.
"I've owned a PS3 for nearly 2 years and I still haven't purchased a game"
Well you would think a smart person would have already just traded the PS3 in for all the FANTABULOUS Xbox 360 games right?
But then again I'm referring to a smart person, not a smarta$$ troll like Murderdolls.
"And thanks to you I've decided to buy the 360 version to stay as far away as possible from you people."
That's great to hear. Mayb...
Every revolutionary gaming peripheral in history has had a news story published right next to a Midol ad.
It looks like MS is aspiring in launch the Wii 2 before Nintendo can.
You provide me with an income statement showing you make or have that much money at your disposal, and we have a deal.
...or are you just flapping your pathetic fanboy gums again? Yes of course. A pathetic idiot fanboy like yourself couldn't make that much money even if you lived to be 10 billion years old.
It's better than getting a Red Ring and having your whole console take a crap on you.
Like just throwing down your little juicy juice cup in anger and telling the guy: "Whatever Sony can do, Microsoft can do betterz!"
There has been nothing shown that could completely and legitimately prove that Natal is everything but a new-gen version of the Eyetoy with a few new bells and whistles here and there.
Let the disagrees (with no logical rebuttals to follow them) continue!!!
Destructoid has done the impossible: They have changed my grading of them as a respectable site and lowered it down from a score of 6 on a 10 point scale to a negative 10!
OUTRAGEOUS!!! 100 from Destructoid, yet 20 from IGN. That is no small difference. DP also received a 0.5/5 from some other website, though it seems that one isn't recognized on metacritic.
I could go on and on with the more reasonable reasons why Heavy Rain succeeds, but DarkTower85 and mastiffchild pretty much covered that side of the argument fully with their comments up above.
So I'll go with another more extraordinary reason why Heavy Rain doesn't fail: If it really was a failure, you wouldn't see these many types of articles being written about it.
Call me crazy or even unreasonable, but I am one to believe that there is some kind of cult-like...
Do these authors have ADD or do they just like to spout the same lame phrases all the time. they love to indulge in this pathetic journalistic hyperbole: "Does the PS3 FINALLLLLLLLLLYYYYYY have a system seller??????"
"Does the PS3 finally have a good enough game to sell consoles??????"
We have gone through this over and over and OVER again; MGS4 was the PS3's first "true system seller", and the sales figures substantiated this claim ...
But the New York Times still doesn't have quite as much credibility as Teletext...XD /s
Let the haters in!!!
and it's more heavy-minded approach to decisions and gameplay.
I guess most of the delusional Xbot idiots live in their own little psych-society where the power rangers (Read: Master Chief) are still cool and DVD swapping is not seen as an antiquated method. Holy sh*t they are all trapped in the 90's!!!!!!!
We're giving all the pathetic, delusional disagree-happy PS3 detractors a workout in index-finger calisthenics.
They disagree to everything (yet don't give proper rebuttals to prove why they disagree) with such powerful vigor, like if they're in some Rocky Balboa sports training montage or something.
So many disagrees to so many sensible comments.
"They were not testing the Arc. The Arc isn't available publicy yet"
15+ disagrees.
@ Cold
Kharma has always been a b*tch, especially most recently against Aaron Greenburg who recently had said in an article that Xbox 360 was going to outsell PS3 consistantly for the entire year of 2010. This recent update is what threw his santimonious a$$ back on the ground.

The PS3's can still function and play games and movies and everything else, at the moment there are just connectivity problems with the PSN.
When your console gets the Red Ring and takes a crap, that's it. You got to get your hermit-a$$ out of the house and go to the post office to send it to MS or to Wal-Mart to buy a new one if you want to start playing again.
