yeah this first off is pre alpha footage...and drake 1) is not wet 2) it is mid day vs moonlit night 3) the angle and zoom of the photos are different. They zoomed in on the demo screenshot.
Until we see identical scenes it is not a downgrade. I can take scenes from the same game and make it look like a downgrade. just by switching time of day.

You are beyond deluded... plus if you know anything about API history you would know that directx is always inferior to openGL in almost every form. The reason being is because its open source and they basically copy direct x and make it even better. Every. Single. Time.
just look at the difference in draw calls alone from directx 11 to the corresponding OpenGL version. BTW PS4 uses OpenGL. and AMD hardware is more tailored to OpenGL systems fye xbox and ps4 have amd hardwar...

well consumer expectation from last generation plus was getting aaa titles almost every month...

Plus has lost its value DRAMATICALLY with the exception of the features that are put behind the PS plus paywall (Like fully utilizing shareplay etc)
