Not saying it was a logical thing...just that is what EA did.
This exclusivity with Microsoft wont last long..........
EA seems like they are going in full reverse....
They honestly thought this generation would be a blow out.
Hey c'mon give them a break....
Its past their bed time.
Polygon got quite the backlash on their review.....
Now they want to spill news on dlc to a game they pretty much called the opposite of what it is praised for?
yeah I would too...if that happened in killzone.
keep pressing A until the button breaks...then keep pressing.
Whatever the case Xbox could be much better without Microsoft (assuming it gets sold to someone who has better business practices).
Makes sense though.....the xbox division as far as I can remember has always been only marginally profitable for Microsoft (see chart in article)......if not at all. That is the ONLY reason to sell a division.....its not profitable.
1st generation of xbox.....a disaster (money wise). 360....also not too hot (money wise, with RROD...
BRILLIANT ANALOGY.

SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS!!!! :DDDDDDDDD
IDK if you can see it in my profile pic but Im wearing a 49ERS dog tag.
Sounds like misterx's nda ended.......but not the way he wanted it to
I wouldn't mind if it was 30, but I'm glad to hear optimization is coming alone :)
Ps4's gpu is still better and they basically told us things we are already seeing and misterx was wrong as usual
but he will either ignore this or spin it.
"Source engine"
Same here.
Everyone who spoke with me also said the same about the alpha build
There were quite a few people who claimed these were actually "in game"
learn the difference.
Devs use "marketing terms"
like "in-engine" when in actuality there are a number of smoke and mirrors going on.
There are cutscenes that are actually being rendered in real time, but they add in higher aliasing or up the resolution or even the texture resolution, just for those few seconds then the effec...
limited quantities.......soooooo like 4 or 5?
not making fun of xbox one specifically....but more american products in the japanese market.
@KingDadXVI
I think this is stemming from a misinterpretation of what I mean't in my very first post
you quoted me saying:
"It goes through one THEN the other if utilized"
Notice the keyword "IF" as in IF this route of other possible routes is taken...not saying it is the sole possibility.
as for the second part...I never said that you said to break up textures...I was merely providing...
@denawayne
I agree with that part of his argument....Its the initial sentence claim that is incorrect.
Heck if he read my first comment I basically agreed with that aspect:
"On a side not this is not the end of xbox one or the ability of it to produce good looking games, but you simply cannot move weaker hardware through drivers/sdk's to the level of stronger hardware.... in computers suggesting "raw vs specialized" power o...
@KingDadXVI
You just proved my point by saying
"By optimizing the code you can put DIFFERENT data into the DIFFERENT pools depending on the requirements of that data."
I highlighted the key words for you.
when you run two separate processes through DIFFERENT modules doing DIFFERENT tasks their speeds do NOT get combined because they are NOT running in unison, they are running SEPARATELY doing DIFFERENT things.
