That games was weirdly optimized on pc. I would get solid 60+ fps then drops to dead 40.....in certain spots for no reason.

This process is stated to be scaled based on cpu and cpu speed.....I think it is safe to guess that PS4 has a cpu advantage and upgrade from 1.6 as previously thought....it is a long known fact that ps4 and xbox one have the same cpu, so the only thing left is speed. Seeing as ps4 is scaling this better I want to know what the PS4's final clock speed is already....because every hint is about xbox one's overclock being insignificant
