Speaking of "funniest thing I have read on the internet"....I can't believe you just dissed the OUYA, and admitted you bought one, all in the same sentence. SMH....
So how much OUYA stock do you own? /s
You know, when it comes to gaming hardware, usually it's the peripherals that see yearly iterations, i.e. headsets, custom gamepads, etc. If the console ITSELF is so poorly conceptualized and designed that it needs a redesign the following year, just to (try to) stay relevant...it's already failed.
The Ouya is sooooo 2013. And by that I mean, it's finished, and ain't comin' back.
At no point in 30+ years of gaming, have I ONCE thought "This would be so much more fun if I was wearing a snorkel mask".
Buying this used at Gamestop, and returning for a refund the next day.
Far lefthand side of you keyboard, between the Tab and Shift buttons....push once, and once ONLY. Thanks.
That's 4 words. Just "No." should have been your response. ;)
$10 million (being generous) to port it, another $50 million to market it (most of which could be paid for by MS and/or Sony), and it will probably sell 1.5-2 million copies on each console in the first 6 months. It's a no-brainer, no matter how you cut it, much like Pachter is a no-brainer. :o
Ha...I Tweeted her and informed her that she was teetering on lawsuit territory with her comments, since they were 100% unfounded, and were an attempt to sabotage MS, at the expense of EA/Respawn. Looks like a higher power told her the same thing. TWEET DELETED.
I haven't heard any rumors....nor will I go looking for them. If someone with supposedly early access to the game said it's, say, 4-6 hours long...rest assured the didn't actually "play" the entire game. Reviewers and play testers aren't a good measuring stick for the true depth of a game...especially one like Thief. Take your time with it, try not to be seen/heard at all, and I'm sure the game will have a proper pace and length.
@ isa_scout
I have no idea why someone would give you a disagree (N4G really needs to get rid of that system....idiots make it a useless feature).
I bubbled you up regardless. ;)
Yeah, that's not the only time texture issues crop up in the new trailer. The same trailer they did for PS4 had it as well. Being in 1st person, you're more apt to see such things...not to mention, this game started development mid-way through last gen, using a last gen engine (and it shows). Graphically, it's obvious this game was ported to next gen, rather than built from the ground up.
I don't really care about that, tbh, as long as I get the game I...
Nothing but $$$$$$, as far as the eyes can see, eh Ubi?
There would be no point with Titanfall, since there's really no story. Unless MS pays big-time $$ to keep it off the PS3/PS4, the future of the series is likely on those platforms...but not the first one.
She's talking about Titanfall as a franchise/IP, not the first installment. In fact, since it's been confirmed by both the developer and the publisher that the first one is locked down to PC/XBOX, Sony could be sued for making any such claims countering that...especially since it's so close to launch.
Well it's a good thing, because that's illegal in most countries....
Well, duh...there's not enough juice in 2 AA batteries...or a rechargeable pack...to shock you, especially since plastic is an insulator. With a wired controller, you've got a direct line from the console to your controller, and passed on through the wired headset. Granted, you're not getting 110V passed along that connection...but it could certainly be on par with what's in a live telephone wire (yes, a telephone wire can shock you).
I'm assuming you were also using the long since discontinued wired controller? If not, you're full of excrement.
I can't do the fitness games ; I just put my X1 in a backpack, and go walking....great workout. ;)
I'm not falling for such PR talk, anymore than I'm falling for "Look, over there!".
And LOL @ her Twitter response "paying for a demo? Are you nuts?” She just dissed over 4 million Playstation fans...
