Yup, have a feeling the video editor will be getting plenty of use.
To be honest, I'm in two minds about this. On the one hand, I'd love to see a new CS but I don't know how much they can tweak the formula without losing that CS feel. Starting to think an XBLA/PSN release of CS: Source might be the way forward.
Looks action-packed but I just hope more thought goes into mission design. The first game was incredible repetitive.
Well Valve definitely took notice of the L4D petition, so if we keep shouting loud enough, we might get a response.
Good point about Heavy Rain, can't believe how much storyline is spoiled in some of the reviews I've read. which, for a story-driven game, is unforgiveable.
Square Enix has done some brilliant promotion for this game. Hope it lives up to the trailers.
There's really no reason for the PC version not to have the video editor.
Might be worth a look, story sounds like an interesting blend of East and West.
Doesn't look too bad - characters models look reasonably faithful to the show.
Like the idea of the Grand Canyon as a setting.
Really can't see Tony Hawk and Activision breaking back into the skateboarding game market. Skate is way ahead of RIDE.
Seems like Cryptic need the skill cap to make people play the game the way they intended. Bad design?
Yeah, I'm not sure I agree with this. The genre could cerainly do with another game of the magnitude of WoW but I certainly don't think it's stagnant at the moment.
I'll probably end up spending most of my time in the video editor again. It's a great addition to the series.
Agreed, but it would be a nice touch, no?
Now I'm gonna go out on a limb and say "sarcasm?"
On the whole, the controls and gameplay are really intuitive, it's just the off-board stuff that's terrible.
I think there's a lot of life left in the game yet.
Wasn't this teased in the See the Future DLC?
Find the reviews of AvP I've seen so far to be a bit puzzling. They all praise Rebellion for giving the fans what they want but then say that it's not enough.
