@obscure you don't need to buy the MTX. You can earn that MTX by playing for an hour or two. Are you forgetting FH5 has paid DLC to unlock cars? At least you GT you can earn every single car in the game spending nothing. And have you played Forza Motorsport to form that opinionof how good it is? GT7 looked the dogs balls in the shots before release too.
This makes me sad. 1 and 2 remakes were outstanding
Was anyone expecting it this year? With literally zero footage or screenshots of it and FFXVI out within a year. Next year was a minimum for me.
Colour me excited. Crisis Core remake out this year too! And nice to see the Remake confirmed to be 3 parts only.
I do retract my comments a little because on seeing the video it does look noticeably different. I guess I saw basically the worst images compared. Is the remake necessary? Not really. But for fans it's welcomed
40 fps is a good bonus over 30 but it doesn't eliminate. I'd absolutely love to make full use of my 120hz screen and 120 over 40 is worlds apart
Look at the difference between Demons Souls PS3 to PS5 and this. That's a monumental difference and you believe the words "from the ground up". This isn't anywhere in that scale.
There certainly is. https://youtu.be/6KPU_-3LkQ...
Look at the hair and clothes on Ellie. They are FAR more defined. People are just seeing an new face model and getting blindsided. Look at the detail. And Joel too..the clothes are just a smooth block but on the remastered version you actually see the stitching and design. Like I said it's gonna be a world of different actually playing it but a lot of the screen...
They're calling it a remaster because that's what it looks like. Some of the screenshots actually look worse graphically than the old version. For a PS5 only remake you imagine a drastic improvement and itd look better than TLOU2 and it doesn't. Sure, the gameplay I imagine is going to be a lot different and that'll be where the remake comes into play.
If you take into account the stock issues I'd say 1 million behind the PS4 is doing very well. And Xbox didn't have a low price option last gen
@imortus_san depends on the country really
But PS4 sales were off the back of the lowest selling PS console in history where as PS5 sales are coming off the back of the highest selling PS console in history. It's completely different.
So because they release games to the PC platform years after release they're more interested in that? 😂 if that was the case it'd be day one. How is it a beg? This is great for PS players, more sales = more likely to get sequels for their games. But
You're right most people don't. But this isn't most. It's one in 6.
For all the hate this got damn did I love roaming around Paris
You don't think 1 in 6 PS4 owners would be looking to upgrade to PS5? I do. Because that about makes that 20m number. Difference is from PS3 to PS4 a large majority were on Xbox 360 (me included) 360 and PS3 were very close on sales whereas PS4 had a massive base who would want to move
Gotta say I'm impressed that they're offering a new game day one for free on the new service. Didn't expect that, especially as I planned on buying it anyway. Bodes well for more in the future hopefully.
It limits the scope of what they can do. FFVII remake had the forced walking areas simply for the HDD limitations. If part 2 was on the PS4, the chances are there wouldn't be a world map
It's a double edged sword i guess. I don't know other countries situations but the Series X is everywhere in the UK now so they really should be leaving the Xbox One behind if that's the situation worldwide. The PS5 is still scarce but you can get one if you use the stock app alerts. Even with that I'd still say leave them behind. By the time these games are developed they will be everywhere and it's hurting the scope of games by having to develop for a HDD. The forced wal...
Aww yes been waiting for the Pikes Peak.
