Don't get me wrong, I love DBZ...but this article is one of the most pointless articles I've ever seen.
The New Halo™
All the disagrees I'm getting = blind fan boys that don't seem to understand how programming works or how hardware effects what a system is capable of.
It's sad really. That so many of you are so willfully ignorant of the facts that instead of accepting the truth all you can do is stick your fingers in your ears and yell "LA LA LA LA!!!" as loud as you can as if the WiiU's problems will just magically go away some how.
The WiiU is ma...
I just played the game without using it. Was definitely one of those "WTF" type things, especially in a game like this.
What the fuck?
Sure it is. All these companies care about is money. If they know that a game is not going to sell very well WHY should they spend MORE money and time on a version that very few people will buy. Look at CoD: Ghosts...the number of WiiU versions sold was like %1 of total sales. Why should a developer/publisher spend MORE money to make a game work well then what they'll make off the game?
If you want third party games to be BETTER than they are now then bitch at NINTENDO fo...
This is why I keep saying Nintendo NEEDS to update their hardware/start over!
The WiiU's hardware is NOT COMPATIBLE with the features and abilities of next-gen (it's based off of DX10 hardware and not DX11) so THERE FOR next-gen ONLY games (i.e. not being ported to the 360/PS3) will require too much money, time, and effort to port to the less powerful and capable hardware.
I mean, at least the Wii was DX9 so it could get 360 ports, for example, quite ...
Not true. There are already three major engines that have it built in native. Frostbite being one of them...an engine that has something like 10+ games in development already. So to say "a handful" of games is a complete and utter lie.
I don't get all the hate with Colonial Marines. Sure it changed some but goddamn it was just graphics. Bioshock Infinite was a totally different game overall when it was released compared to the trailers yet no one seems to give a damn about that!
Why can't the "it was E3/pre-alpha footage and that always isn't what the final game looks like!" excuse that's been used over and over to defend Infinite not be used with Colonial? Same damn thing.

$60...makes me "lol" every time! It's just so silly...
This is one of those times where the "anonymous source" needs more credibility...
All the ones I've seen so far are $500 at the lowest. Those can comfortably run BF4 with their specs (usually a quad-core AMD CPU, HD 7870 GPU, 8GB RAM, 500GB hard drive). Although keep in mind that the SteamOS is Linux based and BF4 doesn't support Linux so if you got a Steam Machine you'd have to install Windows on it.
AMD can we please have some actual benchmark numbers instead of this coy "up to 45%" bullshit? Is it 45% all the time? Some of the time? In short spikes before it falls down to 5% on average?
*SIGH!*...guess we'll just have to keep waiting until real results come out.
No it is true. The PS4's OS and hardware is FAR a head of the Xbox One.
While I've no doubts that driver optimization and what not will certainly help the X1 the fact remains that the hardware gap is pretty big. Were talking a GPU in the PS4 that's anywhere from 50-300+% MORE in all areas.
No matter of software will help the X1 bridge that gap.
I mean, even IF the X1 gets to where the PS4 is now in terms of performance then the ...
LOL! PUH-LEASE! This is Interstellar Marines running on Unity.
Not only that but it doesn't even look good. Cryengine/UE4/most would look better.
LOL at the disagrees...I'm beginning to learn that a lot of people here are pretty clueless.
Obvious article is obvious.
Are you being sarcastic or do you really know nothing about what memory does?
Right!
X1 fan with news about PS4 being better/faster = "Bullshit! We don't who or what this person is! BIASED!".
X1 fan with news about X1 being better/faster = "SEE TOLD YOU IT WAS FASTER THAN YOU THINK! SOURCE IS LEGIT!".
It's a never ending cycle.
Call me what you will but I am just not impressed with Unreal Engine 4. Just like with UE3, a lot of the games I've seen using it still have that same plastic look. Just ruins most games for me.
Let me put it this way. No matter what the game is and no matter the art direction/design I can ALWAYS immediately tell that, yep, this is Unreal Engine.
I guess it's just personal preference, of course, but meh...just one more generation of plastic fake loo...
