@KaiPow So it will have animations that DO look impressive for 2011 by the time it comes out and not what it currently looks like? At least people can rest at ease now.
@MrFisher21 But it didn't get a "downgrade". It always looked the way it does and I don't know why people would never listen and it finally dawned on them with E3 2017's ingame footage.
@Mikefizzled Why would they go out of their way to make a prerendered video for a game look like THAT???
Battleborn isn't that overated though.
So it won't be the biggest game on the version of the console with 20 or so million install base, its going to be "biggest" on the console with currently 0 owners? Duly noted.
Do you have a source for that 140 events confirmation please?
A numbered GT game that goes backwards without day to night and dynamic lighting and shadows? It even has less than half the locations of GT6. In fact, is the weather even dynamic like it was in GT 5? GT7 it is not.
Actually just found something on the official website http://www.gran-turismo.com...

Jak II Renegade's Haven City was on PS2 and was a fairly densely populated metropolis with zero loading times.
Rabanastre seems pretty populated I thought. Even the lower slums sections. But yeah, there aren't much people running around its sewer systems, I guess just like our real life sewer systems then.
I wish the Everybody's Golf Beta had lasted this long. I only played the GT Sport one a couple of times. Still haven't preordered since we still know nothing about offline single player content.
Perfect list because it lists MGS V as the worse one of the main series Metal Gear Solid games and deservedly so. And of course, the glorious MGS3 as No 1. :)
"And while there already is an emulator Playstation 2" And yet its still garbage. Still can't emulate Jak and Daxter series eyeballs properly.
Sigh, I really wish the ePSX team made a PS2 emulator. I guarantee their first pre-alpha release would still be better than the current, 15 years in the making, PCSX2 release. The same thing happened when they released their first version of ePSX back in the day, it annihilated the current PCSX and they never caught up...
Its quite astonishing 4 weeks later. Remember when moldy wouldn't stop talking about how standard PS4 was going to ruin Fallout 4 VR for Scorpio hahaha? He brought it up for 3 months non stop.
@_LarZen_ And yet a game released only 2 weeks ago is the second fastest selling game of the year so far and its only on one console, PS4. Look at the amount of 3rd party, multiple platform games it beat out.
Lol yeah, hopefully ND will bring The Last of Us Part II to Xbone, completely compromise the potential of this years ahead of its time game so they can get an extra 20% sales on Xbone then. So worth it.
Keep dreaming, exclusives are here to stay when...
@Mmmmmmmmmmyummy "People complained about power endlessly this gen mocking xbox for being weaker. And look how MS have responded."
Having to make you fork out ANOTHER 500 quid is not a solution dammit. And the standard Xbone is still part of the 3rd party development pool of the current gen consoles so we are all screwed regardless. Its LONG too late into the gen for that now and NO Xbox fan said in 2013 that they wanted to pay a second 500 quid for an actual GDDR...
@DaDrunkenJester Forza 7 lol? Are you implying an Xbone exclusive of all things is an instant sales juggernaut now?
You are right though, SolidStateSnake totally exaggerated that claim. More like Gran Turismo Sport will outsell 5 of those games' sales combined, not the entire 8 of them. ^_^
We all got bad feels about about The Order 1886 after that January 2014 game play. Shame the developers never listened to the feedback and that is what we got. Still bought it though and never bought Bloodborne as I am more into a linear story/action based game.
@obidanshinobi Bloodborne is a GOTY, critically acclaimed, PS4 exclusive and I do not care for it at all. I never got around to Demon Souls or Dark Souls and Bloodborne just doesn't interest me. Just because it's a PS4 exclusive does not change anything.
Now that that's out of the way, why do YOU guys always always come up with the same old hilarious excuses? Your petty excuse about it being an Xbox game and that being the reason it gets so much grief is someth...
It looks like Crackdown from 10 and a half years ago? How is that a good thing?
And yet I bet you it won't sell anything like the original even though Crackdown 3 is releasing on a console with over twice the install base that 360 had in early 2007.
"Nothing more, nothing less." More like a lot less and that's it. How is that for obvious, clear as day, staring you in the face, gloom and doom?
They deserve it for going outside their comfort zone. Looks like they have surpassed Bungie with Horizon and what they accomplished.
@EP-Eleven So true. I remember having to explain to so many haters that Killzone 2 is matched on Metacritic by only one Xbone exclusive this entire gen and it was a racing game. Nothing else has come close and Guerilla are already a studio that proved they can make a great game.
Most of it comes from the absolute over blown hate that Killzone Shadow Fall got at the start of the gen, an FPS with a solid campaign and online component, that still looks amazing to this day and was avail...
Haha like LakeofTears said, Except it will. For example, last year, the part where Spiderman puts his fist through a Securicor door/window is clearly 100% in engine and a cutscene, that we will get to take part in with a QTE.
Also notice all the insane slowdown at the last 10 seconds of the footage from E3 2016. Lol yeah, they programmed a target render to have a high load and drop frames when things get very intense.
