Its not episodic, its gonna be 3 full games like FFXIII was.
And like Destiny and Evolve and The Division and Watch Dogs and its sequel and every single EA game this generation so far, this is an easy avoid for me yet again.
However 60fps SOLID in the most intensive scenes isn't possible no matter how much optimisation is given on a majority of games, hell, even Xbone's own exclusives.
For example, I bet State of Decay 2 won't even be a rock solid 30fps on standard Xbone let alone 60fps on XboneX. A game that runs at an fps of 35 to 50 IS NOT a 60fps game the way a lot of people here seem to have convinced themselves it is.
@moldybread The biggest question is why would a PC gamer care first either way about XboneX? Its as if you have been secretly doing the majority of your gaming on Xbone this entire gen and forgot to tell everybody. And what DID happen to the life changing (for you or going by the insane hype you had for it) Fallout 4 VR? You just not bothered about it now since it turned out VR isn't a thing on XboneX anymore?

But developing for PS4 Pro is clearly easier since its the same GDDR5 architecture as its little brother. What I don't get is, if 3rd party developers never took advantage of PS4's GDDR5 architecture this gen (like PS4 exclusives do with the proof being in the insane looking games we have on it), why are they going to do it for XboneX??? Or how are they going to with the standard Xbone still part of that picture.

A new version of the game launched same day at launch on an Xbox console (FFXIII) and the critical reception the main long running series was known for has been lost forever. Its not the first time it has happened a franchise either.

Actually, add the Valkyria series to that list with Valkyria Revolution, a first for day one launch on an Xbox console, being the first massive disappointment of the franchise. But I bet you don't care, you are just delighted to have ANYTHING that is a Japanese game on your console.
@obidanshinobi Lol yes. Too much bringing up their awful review of Horizon Zero Dawn apparently, a review that pretty much scores Horizon the same as Mass Effect Andromeda. THAT is how broken their system is.

I can't compare it to a stunning game with a stunning world with loads of characters on screen, with 60 hz and widescreen support even for us EU gamers, with stunning animations and zero load times? I just did.
andrewsqual is my PSN ID. I am/was in the Beta, like I said, only played it about 3 times. So surprised it ran for this long. Could never figure out how to do the time trial stuff though but I have taken part in about 7 or 8 races. I wish the Everybody's Golf Beta lasted that long lol.
It still sounds like its 140 crappy tutorials/training thingies though, you haven't given much of a reply to that, my biggest gripe of all.
Me. Since its first gameplay reveal, for me, the skipping of PS3 and evolution this game series should have went through is evident. The traversal and movement animations are so stiff and awkward like they are from a Japanese PS2 game from 2004.
