Good. Since they never let me, still a huge Resident Evil and PlayStation fan in the mid noughties, play the original Dead Rising on my console I have pretty much ignored this series. Keep it on Xbox, I don't give a single toss. After Dead Rising 3, how could anybody feel they are missing out on something relevant as a current gen title and worth playing anyway?

Actually Epic Games ONLY game on PS3 8 years ago, Unreal Tournament 3, showed how great mods can work on consoles. What potential that studio had on console was all wasted on the locked down restricted one.

And this time next year, what is to stop a rumour that Sony will be releasing a new PlayStation console late 2018? Sony managed to trounce Xbox, spec wise, when they launched brand new next gen consoles within the same 2 weeks of each other. This will be a cake walk for them and BC will be easier for Sony because they opted to use GDDR5 architecture from the get go this gen.
It didn't "go" anything. All platforms weren't announced yet. The dead giveaway was development on Unreal Engine 4.

A "bomb" that a lot of us said isn't really a bomb. Won't change anything really. PS3 supporting over 80% of PS2 games at launch and 99.9% of PS1 games still to this day didn't mean a whole lot to people. Adding 5% of your back catalogue support 2 years into a console's life isn't exactly better than that now is it?
PS4 still outsold Xbone over the holiday period 2015 and IN THE US. I don't think you need any more proof that BC didn't shift subs...

I kid, I kid. But I will be checking the summary of what was announced at some point on Monday. 1st time and last time I ever watched an Xbox Conference was the E3 2010 Kinect focused one. I will be checking out the PlayStation one live though, the same way just about everybody else here will be. Everybody always wants to see what PlayStation has to announce.
