It means Nintendo does what Nintendo always does and that is, release a portable console that is generally a console gen behind in tech. And Nintendo have never released a console or portable with a single solitary problem before ever and so this equals good news for gam...... Nintendo fans.

@moldybread The Scorpio is coming and it will have to share its games and POTENTIAL with the launch Xbone. So please don't bring up devs having to make concessions.
Its already been shown that Xbone can't even run Resident Evil 7 at a high resolution of the dynamic scaler, and this is a game that is most certainly being dumbed down for 60fps and PS VR usage.
@XXanderXX Yeah and having different actual controllers at launch, ones even dedicated to VR play, was also a winning factor. It certainly isn't rocket science to figure out that the VR system with great controllers will sell more either but lets not even mention that. Didn't Oculus only get its dedicated controllers in Nov 2016? And they are another 200 quid on top of the whole price also?

Harada himself hated Tekken 6. Go back and look at the clunky ugly graphics, you would even swear it was running on Unreal engine 3 at times its so dull looking. They had to go back to the drawing board for Tekken Tag 2 and built the graphics engine from the ground up again and it clearly shows. Its in a segment on the DVD of the "We are Tekken" Edition of Tekken Tag 2.

It may hit those resolutions at some point but this is just another example of a dev straight up lying about their game. They are saying "runs at 1080p" in the context that they are saying it is native 1080p. It simply is not true and the amount of comments from people here that believe this is what they mean proves exactly what I am saying.
