Big deal Nintendo and Sony have done this in the past most work is done on a PC so it's also easier to get a demo working on a PC they also don't have to make a working build just to play on retail units.
If not for handhelds RPG would be almost dead what killed the RPG was development cost. It was the main reason FF and many other RPG's ditched the open world. As far as popularity goes outside of japan they were never really popular and even in Japan only a few series where popular with the rest having devoted fan bases that have kept them a float which is why they have migrated more to handheld devices and the PC. Yeah but at 26.99 for a wired 360 there is no reason to get a steam controller as someone who has both I much prefer 360 or consider getting the Xbox one version which is just as good and in some ways better.
I own both and think SF5 had very little content for the price also Overwatch has way more content beyond the core game when compared to SF5. At least with Overwatch I knew what to expect with SF5 I cant help but feel like I bought a game still in development.
I have more of a problem with the .1 seems kind of arbitrary and pointless. I do agree with the 7 maybe would have given it a 7.5. Game felt great to play and looked amazing but by the end was tired of running from one battle arena to another which mostly consisted of shotgun till the bigger enemies came out then switched to one of 2 different weapons to use against them. They are heading in the right direction with the franchise just wish for a little more variety.
Early copies were only given to certain people to play but it seems more for lets play style videos rather then actual reviews. Having played a little over half of it myself it seems very mediocre it mainly consist of go to a room kill everyone by running around move to next screen. This game feels like all beauty and no brains it feels good looks good but is very shallow only had 2 weapons i liked the shotgun and BFG. I really wish Machingames gets a crack at the next Doom.
Funny thing is If they where available separate but also available as a bundle for the same price as if you bought both separate I would have bought the bundle to help support what is left of Infinity Ward but since its only a bundle I will wait till they offer MW as a stand alone last CoD game I bought was BLOPS 2. Fallout 4 never grabbed me like 3 did the world never made me wonder what was around the corner I kind of just stuck to main path mostly and never wanted to veer. Fallout 3 made me want to explore there world and see what was around that corner never got that with 4. Also the DLC seem like what they wanted to add to the game and didn't have time to DLC for 3 added whole areas these seem to just add more things to do in the base game.
Not sure why but you should think about picking up MGSV it is a great game with a great cast of characters.
If this turns out to be true for both MS and Sony I will be a little upset only because these are the consoles we should have had in the first place. Ten years between cycles and we don't get anywhere near the leap in technology we should have had, if games work for both models I may not upgrade just for 1080P/60FS I have a beast of a PC for that. I don't agree well the game is great they should have waited on release till all the content is done. Those that wait till June for it to be finished in terms of story mode will be paying less. While those who bought it early get to beta test it for tournament play. Not upset i bought it day one just wish they would have held back release for a more content finished game.
The way they phrased everything was wrong but if people stopped and actually looked at what MS was doing it was very similar to what steam was already doing. If they hadn't fumbled their message we might of had a very steam like environment.

Im hoping that's what Mighty #9 ends up being and not just another copy without any meat to it. Game looks good though has some Gunstar Hero elements to it as well.
I wish they would allow more cross play gaming so their will be an even bigger community and also only one community not many for a game.
It wasn't a function per say for 360 it was required that every game have a demo on 360 if they wanted to sell their game either disc or download. On the One MS left it up to developer rather than forcing it like last gen.
I agree would love to have cross buy for these games and it won't hurt sales very much as the majority of people will buy only one version if anything it might gain some sales from people buying just to have it on both systems regardless of if they wanted it or not. On a getting the game note was trying to decide which version to get but will hold off since Gucamelee comes out tomorrow may go with Wii U version but the 3DS version is looking killer as well.
PD was a lot of fun MS seems to be willing to fund sequels for games that were not very successful as of late so how about they fund a Vanquish sequel with platinum games.
While HDR is nice it's not a huge improvement in the graphics department.the big thing for 4k owners is the 299 4k bluray player which would make it the cheapest out there. If your not an xbox fan that should make others release cheaper 4k bluray players. The difference between native 4k and upscaled 4k is pretty big in terms of quality .
