I agree; I really liked XII, with my only real complaint being how I would have preferred the main character have been Basch or Balthier+Fran been the main characters. Or have it alternate among all as that would have been perfect for the political story due to the very diverse, sometimes contrasting personalities between each individual in the group.
Speaking for myself, I want larger controllers because I have large hands. The XBox 360 controller is the perfect size for me while Sony's controllers are too small for me to get used to, often to the point of the controls of any game I play feel clunky to me when they're clearly not. While I got around this by buying an Airflow PS3 controller, some don't want to opt for an off-brand and many will also refuse to opt for anything that isn't wireless with the latter resulting in...
I don't really see how an asymmetrical design is counter to having a symmetrical body since the XBox and a few PS3 controllers have an asymetrical design and many (including myself) find it more comfortable and more natural than Sony's design (which is partly due to Sony's controllers being too small for my hands). I agree with "natural position" being a logical fallacy as "natural position" depends on what feels more comfortable for the individual user and is ...
Why not? You can rage knowing your controller will come right back instead of hitting the wall =p
I never understood that concept either; looked extremely impractical.
There is a correlation, but anyone who claims that violent video games is a causation doesn't know what the hell they're talking about.
Supporting gay rights does not make you gay; by that logic, I support marriage between black and white people. Does that make me, a white man, also a black woman? By your logic, it does.
Homosexuality is not a choice, that is a fact. And only 1 out of at least 75 people are gay. I would say human reproduction won't be taking much of a hit. And if America is as full of people like you, then I will be glad if America is unable to reproduce; last thing we need is more idiots...
There are over 500 species, including our own, that have homosexual individuals proves it IS natural. If it exists, it is part of the natural world and is, obviously, natural and normal.
Also, comparing consensual sex between two adults to raping children and animals is completely idiotic at best.
Doubtful, rarity doesn't automatically mean it's a collectors item; subject, overall appeal, and how large the market is take presidence over rarity alone. It is likely the majority of gaming collectors won't touch it and who knows if the zombie fandom will result in a zombie collectors market, let alone one big enough for this item to net a decent price tag.
Depends on whether you buy them based on the title rather than what they have. Whether it is worth it is subjective but whether it is a smart purchase is not.
Comes with a soundtrack? Pass, that's what YouTube is for; especially if you have Realplayer.
Comes with an artbook? Pass, that's what Google Image is for; someone will post these things somewhere and those will pop up on there. That's what *right click*-"Save Image As..." is for....
That can be said about literally every action-oriented game, RPGs included. Every game has at least one move or combo that, by player's choice, can be overused; it isn't like Darksiders 1 or 2 had only a one possible combo.
I don't see why people are offended; while I personally think it's stupid, tasteless, and disgusting, it isn't real and I won't criticize zombie fans for wanting to get their hands on this thing as it is their money, their sense of taste, and their decision.
People really need to get over themselves; if you don't like it, don't buy it and let people who want to have it buy one and let them be happy with THEIR (NOT YOUR) decision.
The only reason I'll be holding off on buying a PS4 is because I've got a large backlog of games on my PC, XBox, and PS3 that will last me til the first price drop. I'm not sitting on the fence of either console, I'll buy them when I've 100%-ed the games I've got now (excluding MP stuff).
"Spend $60 on a game the day-of-release without reading any reviews? Sure, maybe you're an ill-informed consumer; maybe it's a symptom of addiction?"
It's also possible that the person might have enough experience with that developer's/producer's product to buy it day-one. Example, I've played the last nine games Rockstar has released and have loved them all; never been disappointed beyond minor things. Buying one of their next games that i...
Fallout 3 had a great environment and atmosphere, but poor writing at best; New Vegas had good writing but the environment and atmosphere wasn't all that good. I would hope Bethesda works on FO4's world while Obsidian work on the writing and features since then it would be the best of both worlds.
Unfortunately, this is apparently too idealistic for Bethesda.
Children talking crap online on CoD is a result of poor parenting; the parent not sitting down with the child to talk to and educate them. The game is not to blame for the kid throwing out racial slurs, the kid is to blame for the slurs and the parents are as well for not raising him/her better.
Banning the games from a household instead of talking to your children is the same thing because you're not educating your child or trying to teach them right or wrong here. Sit...
Good, this even was completely retarded and ignored the real issue by punishing people taking part in a completely harmless hobby.
"What exactly is Kinect?"
A failed concept; a good idea that resulted in a crappy product that barely works properly beyond dancing games.
Crime rates raise every summer, ice cream trucks begin rounds in summer; WE NEED TO BAN ICE CREAM!!!
Sounds like an overly sensitive parent to me; it's been proven that children raised to see video games as a form of fictional literature rather than just handing them the game will actually benefit positively from playing it. Keeping your children from playing a violent video game makes it seem to the child there is something wrong with it and will do it anyway, which will result in the same mentallity as the kid who just had COD handed to them and sent right to the TV with no parenting. ...
I didn't see anywhere where the article claims sexual things are bad, making jesus cry, or even insinuates either. Assuming you're talking about the Dead Island "controversy-that-shouldn 't-be", you've got to admit that it can be very jarring to a person walking into a room with that thing displayed anywhere, openly or not (might even be worse if it isn't openly displayed) if they, too, weren't a zombie fan of the same level or had no idea about Dead Island o...
