It's all by design, MS wants PlayStation to copy gamepass, force them with Hemorrhaging money just like xbox does to windows. I'm so glad Sony didn't follow suit, I want them to keep doing what they've been doing for the last 27 yrs, great AAA exclusive games, goty contender games and new IP's. Leave that rinse and repeat crap to MS.

I'm on PS5 and the shimmering still there, not as bad as before but still noticeable. Good thing Guerrilla is on top of this issue.

This is why MS wants to move the industry away from sales and into subscriptions, mau and PR. Why do you think MS is trying to create an ecosystem around them? They are trying to literally change the foundation of consoles because PlayStation has been so dominant.
Phil & Co. are trying to change the shape of the turd not just polish it.
Sony has had huge success selling their games at retail with record breaking numbers. They don't need to put them on a subscription service from day one.
