Um specs matter for more than just graphics. It involves physics, particle systems, background simulations, NPC count, decal count, texture size, loading times, framerate, draw distance, AI, polygon count, etc. Stop being a twit. If the system is underpowered that means it will be extremely hard to port PS4/x1 games over. It will be very costly.
