You can say horizon looks better all you want. Put them side by side and you can tell the difference.
The LOD is short in horizon
The texture work is lower resolution
It has no AO
It also has far lower polycounts
Maybe it looks better than U4 on the pro as I only have a launch system but from what I'm seeing side by side U4 has better visuals.
