They're talking about the performance issues and several other gameplay mechanics that got a pass. It has legitimate issues that none of the reviewers actually talked about. That's why it's getting flak.
I'm sure the game is fantastic and I'm waiting for it to come back in stock but again, the "pass" was reviewers completely ignoring actual issues.

Yea well I've played it and it's more of an action game than an RPG. The dialogue is all pretty boring too. I've played 5 hours and...it's pretty boring. ESPECIALLY compared the the original trilogy.
