Better quality but this doesn't tell me much about Resistance 2. I know its hugely popular on-line, I'm actually more interested in the SP part of the game.
Don't get me wrong I like on-line games, just I didn't take to Resistances.
I am puzzled how the PS3 costs more in Europe yet is only bundled with a 40gb HDD, yet in other regions its 80GB
Perhaps it's time Sony stop taking Europe for granted?
I've got a 60gb as I have a release PS3, but I'll likely just buy a new internal HDD, I've had to many problems in the past with external HDD to put me off these things for life.
I've thankfully had no issue2 with GTA 4. Lets hope this fixes most the issues reported that have been effecting other players.
Looks great, Still need a proper HD video however.

Anything posted theinquirer.net, is hardly reliable. Articles posted in most cases are speculation and twisted from other reports.
The very fact it mentions Blu-ray, someone has jumped on the bash Sony/blu-ray bandwagon.
As for this talk about Digital Downloads, I have no interest in this nor do any of the friends I've talked to, most of them said the same thing in that they prefer to have a physical copy of a movie they can access any time they want to.
Valve are just lazy, I mean if they can program for multi-cored CPU's on the PC then really they shouldn't have a whole lot of trouble developing for the PS3
There choice I suppose, I've only ever bough valve games on my PC so this isn't a biggy for me.
They could have done that with HD-DVD, but instead of releasing that as a standard device in the 360, they decided to go with a DVD drive, with the HD-DVD been optional.
If they have had the HD-DVD from the start, I am pretty sure that Blu-Ray wouldn't be where it is today.
As for releasing it for games, I really can't seen MS committing commercial suicide like this, if people where not interested in buying an external HD-DVD do you think they would purchase a extern...
I Loved the aliens movies (Alien and Aliens) and was quite a fan, though I felt things went down hill with the third movie, and the AVP movies where dire.
I just hope they don't balls it up and we finally get that Aliens game that actually isn't terrible.
And putting a Blu-ray drive in a Xbox360, would achieve what exactly. other that to play movies, it's would be pretty pointless unless they want to start releasing games on BR disks which I highly doubt given they would would quite an angry reaction from just about every 360 owner.

Just to start off I've played and owned every GTA game released. And I can relate to what the guy is saying in this article.

Iron Man could have had potential. I played the demo and was quite shocked at how in some places it looked quite nice and in other places bland, unfinished and rushed.
Sadly it's down the developers here.
I've not encountered any issues on my EU release 60gb PS3 so far.
I had the same problem myself with Game here in France, they would only sell me the game if I'd pre-ordered it.
I went to a super market and bought it there, who incidentally had plenty of copies and was actually cheaper.
It's pretty lame for one of the biggest titles of the year to not be available for purchase on computer game stores shelves.
The more I see of this game the more I want it :D
