Erm games in the UK are classified by the same standards that cover ratings in films.
At least as far as I am aware GTA 4 has an 18 rating and sticker on the box.
Wow in the UK, I'm not at all surprised. The UK's slowly getting worse and I am sure as hell glad I left.
This has nothing to do with the game just idiots and the current state of things in certain parts of the UK.
Probably one of the better things about the newer iterations of the GTA series where the radio channels, from all accounts GTA 4 is just as good .
Say after me
The game is NOT for children, it has ratings on the box that retailers of the game are binded by law to abide and should not be selling to kids.
Parents are responsible for the games their children play, hell the PS3 has parental controls, I suspect the XBOX360 has the same.
There is honestly no excuse that parents can't wake the hell up and take responsibility and stop blaming others for there short-comings.
The trailer looked rather uninspiring to be honest not a game that's on my radar.
Liking this game alot, though I think my time will be occupied by GTA4 now.
Damn this game looks sweet :D
Let me make it easy as I am sure I am not the only one.
I have a PS3, that means I'll be buying this for the PS3, not everyone has both systems and quite frankly this whole which system is the best is slowly starting to take emphesis of the fact that GTA 4 is looking to be one of the years best games, something both PS and Xbox fans can enjoy.
Lets all enjoy the fact there is actually choice.
I think that most of the points have been covered allready in regards to taking whole clips from assault rifles to take someone down.
But aside from that I really enjoyed it. The controls take a little bit to get to grips with but once you played it a little you soon start to use the stealth approach against the enemy which is something I've not seen in a online game at least not done in this way.
I've only played the bloodbath map which I felt was a little to small ...
Looks like I'll be using the US store again already have all the demo's that are on offer here.
Impressive trailer, hopefully an english one to follow soon :)
If he is going to send a letter to Sony complaining, he might have spell-checked and made sure the grammer was correct first.
He does have a point however, I do feel somewhat short changed when it comes to what we get in Europe.
Yawn, Rockstar won't release a new city just for one group of players, no matter how much money may have been paid, there not that stupid.
The content is likely to only be extra missions, its not going to be like an expansion.
We will only know when it comes out.
This whole DLC this is really starting to pee me off, we should all be happy that a good game that we have been waiting for is finally here.
I don't care what platform is better I just want to play this game now :D
I just wish they would hurry the hell up and release these controllers in Europe, Tired of waiting now.
PSP's seem to be selling well however.
I suspect at the end of the day, the game will look and play the same on both systems.
Good to finally see something like this happen in Europe, noting that we have been left out of previous betas (Warhawk, Home)
Can't wait
I have an original PSP, and I've not had the incling to mod it. I for one don't like piracy which is why I choose to buy all my games.
I can see why some people would and can the the point in why they do. Sony is much to blame to a degree.
- More Demos, freeware/homemade released games.
- No more timed demos (the latest Socom PSP game was on my to buy list until it timed out)
- Better worldwide release dates (FF 7 Crisis Core still isn't out in Europe, t...
Given the ammount of people who are buying the game there is a bigger chance that people will have problems.
I've not been home yet to test my 60GB PS3, been stuck in work sucks :(
