I agree, if your game is not trying to tell a story, than the plot is not important.

I have about 350 hours in the game, and I have never once complained about the net code. What we have here is a bunch of whiners, making up an issue that doesn't exist. Maybe a bunch of people have faulty hardware causing issues, everything works great over where I am.
Campaign wise for me its a tie of bad company/2 and bioshock 2 as the only campaigns I've played in a game that felt like a chore to complete rather than a fun gaming experience... I just wanted them to be over. So no thanks on any bad company sequels, just bring back the ah64 in multiplayer

These are both systems on my 50mbs network, both wired connections. Xbox live is more than twice as fast, its not even a comparison.
Bungie did great graphics for halo 1, everything else has been okay, I'm not expecting amazing graphics from destiny, and nor should anyone else.

No matter how great the emulation is two speakers will never deliver the sound experience a surround sound system can give you. They do a good job but it isn't the same. As an audiophile, you should know that. You may not have the budget for high end speakers, but that is your problem.
Optical is way outdated anyways, format should just die.
Maybe it was good for Sony but it was terrible for me. It was the last time I ever used my PS3 as a gaming machine. SOCOM Had just come out, it was the whole reason I bought the thing in the first place, and while they did ruin the campaign, I was having fun on multiplayer/coop. Then this crap happened and totally ruined my fun. The service was down for weeks and I had to cancel my credit card.
