They do, netflix and all other apps and services don't need psplus. The only thing plus is integrated with, is online multiplayer.
Free to play is fine, but one character kinda blows. So how am I able to know which character style I will like with out trying them. Does that mean I have to buy a bunch of random characters to see which one I will like best, and also I might miss out on a character I'm the best with, because I didn't know to buy that one?
The game looks really good and all in engine, which means the way it looks now is how it will look while playing it. Which is pretty nice.
Also did anyone see the Killzone trailer and the forest scenes. Looked really good.
Also assassins creed demo, showed the forest as well, and that looked really good.
Yes it does.
Only bad thing is that you have to pay for PSPlus to play online. Even though I have plus and it gets me lots of great games to play every month, I don't like the idea I have to pay for PLus to get online. I do understand though there had to be a middle ground we had to eventually meet for sony having to pay for servers. SO it's not great but a good compromise.
If this is really true, then that kinda sucks. But psplus is really good though, so it's a little hard to say it's not worth it though.
Looks really fun, can't wait.
Won't this confuse people alittle??? Since it looks similar to an xbox one, people might get the wrong one. I mean I asked my brother the other day about the Wii U, he thought it was just a tablet for the wii. This could be bad misdirection for the Xbox one, also no price drop, wth.
Exactly, and now that the currency is in real money, you won't be seeing any of those sales anymore.
+1 Bubbles by the way.
The tech in the ps3 was pretty good, and blu-ray cost alot at the time. Cheapest blu-ray players at the time of the ps3 launch was $1000, Sony took a hit for everyone sold. The xbox one though, why is it so expensive, you have Kinect and tv integration to thank for a lot of that.
Also Sony got tons of hate articles for that price.
I won't be buying a Xbox one because of drm and always online and not only the expensive 499$ price. However, Titanfall looks really good, I hope that this will come to PS4 down the road.
I was expecting this to be cheaper, but I guess with Kinect it really shot up the cost, plus all the small components for TV integration.
While real money point system is good, because you know what you are spending now. The problem now though is, do you ever see psn cards lower than the price value? NO, same might happen on xbox live cards and money.
Not really my cup of tea of a game, but it does look really good, like little big planet.
It's in the right direction with the free games, but just two downloadable ones? Is that only going to be main games or xbl indie games? Also is this coming to xbox one???
Microsoft just said that there is what 40 or 50 million Xbox live customers, even though we don't know if that is Gold or Silver.
Either way, since the xbox one needs to be online, that would mean that the max they could sell is 40 to 50 million. Meaning they will lose about half their user-base, I don't know if that will be good???
Now if they expand their user base, they could possible get more, but they just lost almost half their userbase and will need to expand a...
How about Conker???
Great, even if you don't buy any games with your ps4 at launch, you already have a handful of games to play. Sony your doing it right this time!!!!!
People at Gaf are saying it would be a 100-200 gflop drop. Leaving the xbox one at possibly 900 gflops or 1 tflop compared to sony 1.84 tflops.
Wii U is thought to be at 400-600 gflops I believe.
At bestbuy they are showing games as 59.99 that you can preorder, like madden and killzone.
