Tried playing this on my pc, but it wasn't strong enough to play at a decent framerate. What is the framerate on ps4? As long as it's able to keep a good framerate on ps4, then we are in business.
Yes you will be paying 50$ a year, but you are getting thousands of dollars of games, betas, and free content. That alone already pays for itself 5 times alone.
But I also get content on my Vita, and PS3. Ps3 just got Bioshock Infinite, DMC, and Tales of Two brothers, that is only one month.
No you don't have to spend thousands to get a gaming pc, but it isn't going to be cheaper than a ps4.
If you look into buying ram, cpu, video card, case, powersupply, and Windows, that will play games at 1080p with 60 fps. The cost will come out to...what...at least over 600$, 700$?
So right, your reasoning of it being better on pc is correct, but you might be spending close to 200-300 dollars more.
Can't wait for this game. Hope we see lots of new powers, or run into Cole or first son activity story wise.

I have sony's first 7.1 surround sound headset. Is that going to be compatible as well?
Two different devs made each version, but what is surprising is that the XBox one was being ported from dx11 which is the same api as the pc, so it should be easier to port. NIxxes the other dev had to use something different as the ps4 is using some form of Linux base api, correct?

This is a good thing for people already paying for a subscription through SOE. To make it clear for everyone, f2p will still remain f2p on Sony's SOE games.
Is there a way yet to take over someone's broadcast? As if I was watching my friends broadcast, and then he can't beat a certain part, I could take over his ps4 with my ps4 and beat the part for him.
Are they really blaming this on the developers, I mean United Front games have a solid track record of Modnation racers and Sleeping dogs.
They have worked on the PS3, and dealt with the more complex Cell. Very much doubt the problem is on the developers side.

Before we never knew the clock speed of the ps4, but we knew the Xbox had a 1.75 ghz cpu speed. Now from gaf we learn a rumor that ps4 has faster cpu, and an insider dev comments saying that you can get more out of the ps4 cpu. Which would indicate it is faster or at least you can get more out of the ps4 cpu than the x box one for gaming.
If this visually blows us away, which I think it will, then 30 fps is understandable. Pushing more for graphic quality in exchange for fps, or drop some visual quality for 60 fps. Looks like they are going for visual quality.
