MGS4 will not come out till April or maybe even June 2008...LBP will come out in October..that is the pefect month...and Resistance 2 should come out in november...Now when and if Final Fantasy 13 comes out who knows...but i bet it will come out either in November 2008 or Spring 2009...
They are future proof...even if a new Xbox comes out in 2009 or 2010...it will piss off the current owners of the Xbox 360...and the PS3 will be at $199 by then and selling like hotcakes because all the good games will be on it...Microsoft is actually screwed but most people do not see it..Even the Wii which is selling good now...will have problems because most people will realize in a year or so that it really is not a next gen console....plus people are buying the wii but not the software. ...
yes they were...but they were playing the bluray version of the game not the downloadable version. Because nobody else i have talked to has the screen tearing in GT5 prologue...It could be in the bluray version of the game. They did say that it took 10 mins to install the game from the bluray...and that it look to fully install the game to the harddrive like in warhawk...but you still need the bluray disk to start it.
Man the more i see it the more i like...hopefully when it gets released here we will get the damage modeling

The ram in the PS3 is 512megs it just split...but the Cell and the RSX can use all 512.
The ram in the xbox 360 is unified at 512megs....and it can stream textures from the DVD drive or Harddrive but mostly just from the DVD drive since not all Xbox 360s have harddrives. On the PS3 all PS3s have harddrive so developers can stream textures from the harddrive or the bluray disc....or both at the same time.

The PS3 version will probably be the better game...since this game was started on the PS3 then ported to the Xbox 360......it will be good on both systems...but the PS3 will be better.

Microsoft could have had to balls to put in HD-DVD into the Xbox 360...but they chicken out....and that move will cost the HD-DVD group dearly in the near future...

They keep saying the HD-DVD players are way more cheaper but it is not the case...you have to compare 1080p players...anything less than 1080p is not a real HD-DVD player....those cheap walmart $99 players are only 1080i...you want to see HD-DVD in 1080p 24fps....same with bluray...All bluray players are 1080p...and most are 1080p 24fps....with HDMI 1.3a...why live in the past when you can live in the future?

That is the only reason...xbox live is better since it has been out over 5 years...it better be better...but when home comes out it changes everything...as we all know nintendo will come out with a good online service oneday...they just need time..they can not even make enough machines!
