You need to really play the game. Everybody who is really playing it loves the overall game...only those who are not in the beta or xbox fanboys are hating on this game.
The graphics are way better than R1, MGS4 or even Cod4. This game is way smoother than Halo 3 too...there is no frame rate problems. I would say it is as good as COD4...but faster with more going on screen than any other game.
Also this is a beta, and is probably not using the lastest code.
The co-op rules......but I also played a few hours in the competition mode in a 60 player team death match...and wow it was funner than COD4, Halo 3 and R1!
The game is so fast and fluid...there is no popup, or slowdown....even with 60 players.
The weapons are awesome...and we all know there are some weapons that Insomniac has not revealed yet.
R3 is the best first person shooter!
Because xbox live does not allow user generated content...
LBP and R2 will own this christmas....
Xbox 360 has Gears 2 and Fable 2...
Wii has wii music....

If sony could just get Fat Princess out before christmas....
$349...and include Little Big Planet and a coupon for 5 free bluray movies that includes Darknight, Ironman...ect. That is only $50 more than the Xbox 360...The Arcade $199 model is worthless...it has no harddrive.
At $349...the 80Gb with wifi, bluray, littlebigplanet, free PSN network and bluetooth 2.0...will kill the Xbox 360...and maybe even the Wii.
$50 is all it will take. Sony could afford that.
Run R2, have a buddy or girlfriend over and both play on the PS3 in splitscreen with online co-op with two bluetooh headsets...

They are betting their lineup on this game...what else from first party is comming out this christmas for the wii?

Do you play warhawk? Are you in the R2 beta? Sure you have the right to hate Socom...but the PS3 is stable on and off line just as good if not better than Xbox live and the Xbox 360...
Home is beta form is stable too...
Lets see about 250,000 people bought a $399 PS3 last month...just in north america...seems to be doing fine....there are over 16 million PS3 sold worldwide...so this is no NeoGEO
R2 is also huge and the beta is totally awesome...Sony knows how to do online...just look at warhawk, R2, little big planet....and socom...socom will probably get more support than warhawk....
My Xbox 360 is still running...its about 2.5 years old...
But I never turn it on or play it. I am affraid it might die...

Explode way before then...we do not know...what if a rouge solar systems collided with ours...the two suns could collide and both explode or the sun could do what the sun did in the movie sunshine...

They could not have paid for this kind of publicity...sure its delayed...but its all over the news and web...everybody in their son and daugther knows what little big planet is now...

R2 is so awesome...the 8 way online co-op with the 3 classes...its like world or warcrack for the PS3! I mean you will get intimate with your teammates...it is so statisfying when you are killing the chimera in this game. The weapons are so awesome...the AI is killer...they actually stalk you..and try to surround you at times. There are only 30 enemies on the screen at one time in a intense battle and there is no drop in framerate. The graphics are better than COD4!!!

Remember R2 will be out on the 4th of november.
Neither one of these awesome games has the action going on screen as R2. There are at least 30 enemies on screen at the same time with no slowdown. The graphics are better than COD4. Gears 1/2 may have better textures but those games have way less going on the screen with no more than 3 to 5 enemies on the screen at one given time.
R2 rules as a first person shooter. Anybody saying otherwise is just a hater.

In R2 at least in the beta the graphics are totally awesome better than cod4, better than Halo 3, and even better than gears 1 and gears 2 why? because there is much more going on the screen at the same time than any other game out there. I counted at least 30 enemies on the screen at the same time plus 8 other co op players and everbody shooting. there was no slowdown, no popup, no lag...it was awesome.
This game kills all other shooters. The classes, xp point system rules!
