I'm sorry, but this game is going to be extremely mediocre, beginning from the cliche storyline, lack of real gameplay, to a lack of scary content. The only reason why people are hyped is: PS4 exclusive, horror (pseudo-horror), and realistic graphics (which aren't that decent in an artistic aspect). And the marketing crap about the hundreds of endings is, well, marketing crap. It won't make the game any more than average, trust me.
Better save your money for Outla...
They wanted to add an advanced character customization in GTA V, but it was hard to implement. You know, they would have to do so many different animations for every character for every type of build (fat, skinny, muscular, etc.), so they dropped the idea.
FPP is easily much more scary than TPP. Original Silent Hill games have always been third-person perspective, and quite honestly, that's one of the reasons why it's not that frightening.
Ever since the Modern Warfare, Call of Duty became more about a movie-like experience, a glorification of visuals and animations. If anything, a new engine is the most important thing for this franchise.
"Walking down a tight dimly lit hallway, the eerie track playing in the back, and the unsettling feelings of the unknown brought be way back to my childhood. I haven't felt this tension playing a game since the days of the Resident Evil games on the PS1, I actually felt fear. The days of being too scared to play at night, or abruptly ending your session to compose yourself seemed like a distant memory."
This. I was waiting so long for a game that's genuinely...
Modern people have an obsession over size and quantity, forgetting about the most important - quality.
Did you know it took one year for Naughty Dog to make The Last of Us Remastered? One year, that could have been spent on making new games instead.
Why does it have to be exclusive to Xbox One?
The way Grand Theft Auto IV was announced, with a mysterious countdown to a trailer on a page, with no more informations, definitely caused a massive hype back then. The game was a reason why plenty of people bought the next-gen consoles.

Well said.
Damn, it already looks almost photorealistic.
I've wanted a Silent Hill game made by Hideo Kojima ever since he joked about it with the Konami president two years ago.
Who cares in the first place? Sony fanboys, who want to feel special because they have more games than Microsoft?
They didn't want you to know that you play as Norman Reedus, so the gameplay was in first-person perspective.
But it works, it makes everything more scary. Besides, I got a feeling the perspective will change depending on where the player is: in buildings it will be first-person, outdoors - third-person.
BioWare is producing a new Star Wars game, so it's safe to assume it's going to be something in the same vein of KotORs.
I was watching a playthrough on YouTube. When that creepy woman-monster appeared out of nowhere, I jumped on my butt and intuitively shut down whole page, lol.
With Kojima making the project, it's definitely my most anticipated game as of now.
It would have sold better if it was called Life is Fucked Up.
Agree. People don't even realize that the development of The Last of Us Remastered started right after the development of the PlayStation 3 version ended. Meaning, they spent more than one year, tweaking a very fresh game, when they could have spent that time working on Uncharted 4 or other projects instead.
Absolutely agree. Fell in love with the cartoon-like makeover in this game. Can't wait for the sequel.
