I purchased a console in the launch window since the gamecube. And I am very happy that I picked up the ps5. It's very quickly become that thing that I look forward to on my days off. I'm playing Resident Evil 8 right and, well, it's pretty dang cool.

Same thing happened to me. I hope those things get fixed, because I was really enjoying the up until that point.
If the excruciating long load times can be shortened, then I am going to be a happy man.
I've been playing No Man's Sky on the Vita via remote play and it's a lot of fun.
The Outer Worlds for $16.99 is a killer deal. I'm going to get it, but man it's not in stock until Jan 12th. I suppose it's something to look forward to in 2021.

In hindsight I think this would have been the smarter move. As much as I enjoyed the Wii for what it was--it seemed to have put Nintendo in a game of catch-up with Sony and Microsoft, especially in regards to graphics and online gaming. Despite the success of the Switch (a system I really like), Nintendo still hasn't caught up in those two areas.
I can't wait to play through this game again. This game got me through some rough times.

I didn't know Dwight Schultz was part of the cast. He's a phenomenal actor. Not that I needed another reason to buy this game, but I'm now looking forward to the game even more than before.

I'm not the biggest Star Wars fan, but the inclusion of VR has me interested in this game.
A buddy of mine, who is mostly a casual (still a good guy) rarely gets interested in anything outside of Fifa and Call of Duty, watched all of the PS5 4k trailers with me last night. He was in awe when we watched the trailer for the new Ratchet and Clank. We both agreed that this was the most interesting game of the PS5 reveal. I'm pumped for this game.
